    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Yeah, I was being an optimist that day. I am thinking more and more they are yanking my chain. I found their home number though. If I don't hear from them in a week, I'll be placing a call.
 
I asked instead to trade for a ball python they have listed and was told, "they just hatched 2 days ago", even though they showed an adult on their website for 2 months as available. So pretty much I am getting jerked around about getting a replacement. Do you people see why I asked for my refund from the get-go? Now I am just getting jerked around.

Correct me if I am wrong,but their TOS just say a replacement will be given correct??..I dont see where it says it will be given within a certain time frame??..That should have been another red flag...This benefits THEM...I do feel bad for you cause I hate scammers...But the red flags were there..Not that you deserved it,but you will definetly be better prepared to know what to look for during your next purchase..
 
No, but the fact I have not heard word from them in days makes me think their idea of a time span is far longer than it should be. So what would be your accepted time span when you need a replacement snake because the other one is frozen in your freezer next to the ice cream and bacon?

I am up their ass because I want them to know, I am not going to just sit here and twiddle my thumbs. I keep seeing now people complaining about not getting paid or their replacement animals sent and I don't know how hard they tried, but if I have to call them every single day for the next month or more, I will.

At the very least, ANSWER the question I have been asking for nearly a week, "What snakes do you have that are available to be sent soon?" and have not received an answer.

I went on the word of a friend who said they got an animal from there and the transaction was fine. They won't use them ever again because of what I am going through now.
 
Well, I just checked their Facebook Page. They have one and post their various animals on there. They had a Review section and I posted a review, similar to the OP here, explaining what happened and how unhappy I was.....They not only deleted my bad review, but they also removed the ENTIRE Review section!!!!!
 
I am sorry its happening to you..A replacement should deffinetly be worked out within a a couple weeks or a refund should be granted..Unless the buyer is willing to wait longer,but that should not be taken advantage of...Also,I think people who refuse to give refunds are people who have no other income..I would never by from a credit/replacement only breeder cause it means they probably dont do good enough business to actually make money..Which we all know,to make money you gotta sell quality animals and be nice to people when somthing comes up...Maybe you just seen somthing you wanted really bad and got tunnel vision and looked past a few things...It happens...

I'd say this is a problem and they can't provide.

If they'd just send me my money or tell me what snakes they have available or will have available soon as replacement, I'd STFU. But the longer they force me to wait for a reply, the more pissed off it makes me.

Since they didnt put a timeline,I guess they decide when is to long before they cant provide...?
 
They can't make me wait forever. I know this isn't popular with some, but yes, I can sue them. If they won't provide me with a replacement animal, I can sue them for the value of the replacement I am suppose to have, $125. Regardless of the fact a timeline isn't given, legally, they can't make me wait forever. Their website shows all their snakes as available to purchase now, except the blood pythons who say not available when you go to add it to the cart. Its not like they aren't open for business.

Liar liar, pants on fire!!!! Karin told me ALL their pastel balls were JUST hatched and had not fed or shed and so she could not send me one of those as a replacement....lookie what I found....

First I have to tell you I don't appreciate being called a liar when I'm the
one breaking my back trying to get this issue resolved and doing the dirty
work. I can tell you that that snake is long gone and I need to tell Steve
that do he can remove the add. When I said I don't have any Pastel Balls
that they're hatching its just what it ment hatching. I'm not trying to pull
the wool over any ones eyes I want to get you satisfied just as bad as you
want to be. So again I don't have any Pastel Balls right now I apologize for
that. All we have ready to ship feeding in Ball Pythons are Mojave Ball
Pythons and Pins. The Brazilian shed but I haven't attempted to feed yet. I
apologize for the slow response I have been tied up else where besides here.
But I look forward to hearing from you.

I don't appreciate being told lies. You told me on August 17th, they were not available. The ad on kingsnake states it was posted August 19th. How can it be long gone when
its only the 20th and you posted this just yesterday.

Do you see why I again, I don't trust your business practices? And why I am full right to call you a liar?
 
I hadn't heard from you in days, I read past issues on the BOI with your company that as of yet, are unresolved according to them, I have a dead snake in my freezer, I am refused a refund, so you must understand why I am coming off as both impatient and paranoid that I am going to lose $125 here. I am sorry if that is true, but can you truly blame me if you were in my shoes?

When will the hatchlings be ready? I am willing to take a male pastel, but I would at least like a timeline. An idea of when I should expect to have a snake on its way to my home.

Again I say, a refund will make me instantly shut up and leave you two alone, but till I have snake or money in hand, I tend spend far more time checking up on you. Once you get me one of those, believe me, you won't hear from me again, which will make us both happy.

NO you don’t the add is on auto relist. Meaning when it expires it renews itself. The add auto renewed on the 19th. I took that picture literally a month ago maybe longer. So no nobody has lied to you. You may think that but that’s how kingsnake works your looking at the date it auto relisted. Look into it nobody is lying.

This may be resolved next week. Its taken practically an act of God and Judge Judy, but Steve finally corresponded with us and seems to be working with us now.

A few weeks ago, I figured, save myself the money and trouble of going to small claims, settle it in a different sort of court and contacted People's Court and Judge Judy. A producer from Judge Judy contacted me, wanting to air our case. I gave her the info she asked for and she in turn called Steve, left him a message. We heard nothing from him for a few days, so my boyfriend used his cell phone, to call them, he got a hold of Steve and asked him if we could settle this business. Steve said the pastel balls are ready and if we email him our address again, he will get it out next week. He remembered my prior request of wanting a picture of the snake eating and sent me one.

So hopefully, next week, we will have a healthy, active eating python.

Exactly how old is your replacement snake supposed to be? Is that supposed to be a photo of your replacement snake eating?

I'm getting some really crazy EXIF data on that photo.

Yeah these people are never gonna change..I wouldnt hold my breathe...They have 2 CURRENT boi threads and like 692 bad guy threads on top of that..The only way these people are gonna stop this bs is if they go to jail,or get whooped the old fashion way..
 
Well, now it's even crazier ... this is what I'm getting (and not necessarily insinuating it's accurate, just crazy!) See the red arrows in my screen shots.

I also got those two different goofy URL's from my different browsers when extracting that data, which URL's now do not seem to work or jive or go anywhere, at least for me now. Yeah, I'd say really odd!

The picture is downloaded from his email to my PC, and then uploaded to my facebook. The second pic you have there is the URL from facebook. I don't know about the date. Perhaps his camera is not set on the right date, and that's me giving him the benefit of the doubt.

My boyfriend called him back and spoke to him today, asked if we may meet him tomorrow, in Coral Springs to pick up the snake and asked if we can have a female instead of a male. Thus avoiding another mess with UPS. Steve agreed to bring us a pastel female ball to a 7Eleven. Hopefully the 8 hour round trip does not leave us with him not showing up. But its worth the trip if he does stick to it.

Steve said he wants no hard feelings, but that's pretty damn hard for me. I just want a snake from him and plan to move on from this mess.
 
i hope he dont screw u for an 8 hour trip an an the 125.00 for the snake.hope u get what u want.after u get the snake have your man b#@&# slap him for me.let us all kno whats goin on what u get back.
