I love how he assumes I'm a friend of his because I asked for proof that he CLAIMS he has.

I always thought it you have evidence and you are sure you are right, why delay posting your proof...just makes you seem less credible.

Here's a list of what we want before we can judge something to be in your favor:

1. Pictures of said dead animals
2. Necropsy of said dead animals
3. Proof that it came from Nate (receipts)
4. All email correspondences with Nate including attempted reconciliations.

Without that, why should we listen to you? You're only ruining YOUR OWN reputation by being this defensive about posting proof and outright rude to the people who ask for it. Innocent until proven guilty is still in effect as far as I know and if this were a court of law, they would rule in Nate's favor so far.

Agree that proof is needed for Davids transaction, but in just these threads alone there are several accounts of dead, sick, poorly packed animals. Given there are some who say there are good transactions, however past BOI posts speak for themselves. The top thread was, for the most part, Nates experience with Rich (AKA WebSlave).

I didn't imply (intentionally if that's what you in fact picked up from my previous post) that we should forget what he has previously done. Not at all. I'm just stating that there needs to be evidence for this particular accusation or it won't hold any water.

That's what I tried to illustrate in my example.

If he didn't want to post solid evidence, he could have commented on another thread about him instead of starting a new thread about him. I was always under the impression that starting a new "bad guy" thread was like starting a new "case" for the folks of the BOI to do their own investigating on a new transaction between a new victim and the bad guy in question, but I must have missed the memo where no evidence on a new thread (besides previous bad guy threads) flies. It hasn't been the case in the past so why should this one be special?

To the OP: please respond with evidence. I'm really beginning to question your motives and integrity by your 'pointing the finger' without proof and your overall abrasive nature. If you truly want to help people to avoid this guy, you need to hold up to your end of the bargain by providing proof. Thanks in advance!

let me start over i am a zoo keeper , which gives me access to alot of nice tools and a vet when i want . in no way would i use her name or the zoo ,you will just have to accept word of mouth , i was sent too cb skinks her finding were they were wc ,and kept on metal screen flooring, on one we extracted a really nasty what appeared to be some kind of tape worm that was under the skin in a boil or lump. i have it in a bottle im not educated like she is , i work in husbandry thats my job , for the most part , the other was a tree boa that was doa but had started to decompose , and some frogs that took many months to rehabilitate . so take it as you want . just didnt want nate to be forgotton and rip others off

Let us try this slowly... post some picture, receipts, emails... etc.
An account of what has transpired is not proof, which has no weight without evidence to back it up.

So, sorry if I am skeptical but you have not proven your case with me.

The point is if you weren't going to post proof, then you shouldn't have posted at all.

As it stands, you are looking like a bad guy also, with your baseless (meaning without proof) accusations and name calling.

That you don't care that I and every herper out there needs proof, shows that you are not trying to warn anyone, you just want to sling mud.

It is sad, because we all know Nate is a bad guy. We just wanted some proof.
