    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Ryan has offered to ship the cactus I ordered plus some overage out tomorrow.

That would be great, I am not a bad guy. You can ask alot of people, everyone orders cactus from me on those forums. I had customers emailing saying they couldnt beleive the things people were saying about me on that post. Because they know me ad they know my business. Thanks, Ryan.

The problem with Ryan is he doesn't think he's done anything wrong. He thinks it's perfectly honest to take a customer's money and spend it on his own things as if it was his money. As long as he promises to pay it back it's ok and the customer is being unreasonable for wanting it back. And he's not even upfront about the whole thing. He won't respond to emails about the order you paid for that was never shipped or answer his phone until you publicly post something negative(but true) about him. And then when he realizes his paypal account is compromised he finally starts talking about paying the money back. Whether he does or not is another thing. He still owes me a chunk of money.
 
(Don't read into this reply that I am saying that anyone is mistaken or that I am accusing anyone of anything!)

I think it's unfortunate the way things have transpired.

I had a very good experience with Ryan. He and I corresponded for several days about my baby sulcata and his cactus. I received my order very fast.

I can't speak to his business acumen; however I can tell you that I was very pleased with the entire experience.

What would you do if your father passed leave his death bed to go send out some orders. I had to do what I had to do. Now I am giving them there money right back.

Dot judge someone when you know nothing about them.

What happened to your co-worker? Why couldn't he contact the customers in your absence and explain what the situation was?

What would I do in the event my father was terminally ill and near death?

I would have been preparing and had my business affairs in order - instructions left for my "co-workers" on how to proceed in my absence - just in case I needed to head out of town on a moments notice.

The stuff any responsible person would think about and prepare for....except maybe for a dumbass conman like you obviously.
 
How am I a conman I am sending or sent everyone there orders and there money back. My father passed unexpectedly so I had to fly out the next day. My co-worker Tony is my buddy who works on breeding projects with me. He doesnt do orders, he doesnt send out orders. I do it all personally. Tony looks after and watches all the breeding projects. Mainly the turtles. I am not going to sit here and argue I clearly know I made a mistake and now I am making up for it.

It would seem apparent by the post above that your co-worker does have something to with shipping orders -or- he doesn't and you just use him as the excuse for your own screw ups. Which is it? Does he just fill out shipping labels that you don't bother double checking for errors?

Whats up with the customer that you demanded he cancel his paypal complaint in order to unfreeze your account so he could get a refund?

There is a decent and honest way to accomplish that. Deposit the funds in your bank account and contact paypal to let them know its available to be disbursed for the refunds.

Dont tell me you are such a :censored: up that you need your account unfrozen to continue accepting payments so that guy can get paid back? You have no savings whatsoever to deposit to your bank account so the refunds can be processed? This is your livelihood? Living day to day selling and scamming customers for cactus pads?

You suck pal!!! I think your father died of depression over the son he wished he had.

If your co-worker was smart he'd separate himself from you mighty fast before his reputation starts taking a hit.

I am done arguing about it. I shouldnt have made a comment about you. But you are not even involved in this even in the slightest way. And your the only one on here talking about it. Wow! This discussion has gone down hill fast.....

I just wanted to post to let everyone know Ryan *did* fully refund our money. We received it back in our Paypal acct. a few days ago. Sorry I didn't post sooner but my own business & customers have kept me very busy as this is one of our busiest seasons.

Ryan~ I'm truly sorry about your father & I appreciate you doing the right thing & refunding the money. I hope that this type of situation *never* happens again & hopefully all of your satisfied customers will post on here as well too.

I hope everyone else got their refunds and/or products as well.
 
I received my cactus this week with some overage. My condolences about your father Ryan. I hope you take care of the other people who have sent you money and never end up in a mix up like this again.

Stay away from TandR Reptiles

Ryan still owes me $700. I started to believe his story about his Dad with terminal cancer but it seems I've just been played again. Ryan is a very good salesman/storyteller so BEWARE! Whatever he tells you, he told me the same thing and I got screwed. Bottom line, there's lots of reputable reptile dealers out there. You don't need to donate your money to Ryan at TandR Reptiles.

I know what you're saying, its just that I've seen this all before.

Sorry to see this happen to you and I really wish I could do more. I've been told my presence on this thread isn't appreciated and should I persist along the same lines that my time here as a member will be cut short.

My hands are tied.
