If you go to the USPS site, on the Express Mail page there's a link that says, "Check Service Commitments." On that page you can type in a zip code to see if an Express Mail shipment is guaranteed to arrive the next day. Not only will it tell you what time on what day it's guaranteed to arrive before, but it will also tell you when you need to drop your package off by. After sending out over 100 shipments through USPS, I can say that they are VERY good about meeting that Express mail guarantee and are very hassle-free in giving you a refund if the package arrives late. I was able to walk in the next day with my receipt and get my refund by cash, whereas it took weeks before FedEx answered my refund inquiry and they still turned it down.clarinet45 said:It was shipped express, but as it says on their website: Express mail is a gamble whether or not it will overnight. "Overnight to most areas" That to me is as bad as shipping it Priority Mail and hoping they get there alive.
Also, here's another thing some of you might not know. USPS Express Mail shipments are done through FedEx.

And my standing up for Terry has nothing to do with my business practices.
