I've done business with Terry many times in the past. He is a good guy. I'm sure it was just a simple mistake. Mike Bodner
once an un copyrighted photo is givin or put on the internet it becomes public domain
i am not a ball python owner and can only be blunt. honestly once an un copyrighted photo is givin or put on the internet it becomes public domain and that means you no longer own the rights to the photo. to call some a thief due to it is horrible. if you are so hurt by it then go get the pics you take copyrighted then you have a valid complant. because right now your thread will cause harm and economic damage to a someone who might have maid mistake and really doesnt deserve a bad guy thread

Copyright is a federal law of the United States that protects original works of authorship. A work of authorship includes literary, written, dramatic, artistic, musical and certain other types of works.
Copyright attaches as soon as the original work is created, and applies to both published and unpublished works. As soon as you type words, click the shutter on your camera (or, for many of you, hit the home button on your iPhone), apply paint to canvas or paper or lay down tracks for your next hit, you’ve got a copyright (with some exceptions).
Copyright is an automatic right and does not require the author to file special paperwork, as is the case for trademark and patent. Registration is required to enforce the rights, but as a matter of right, an author is not required to register anything to get the right to use the “circle c,” showing the work is copyrighted.
One of the many terrific things about copyright is that it comes with a host of exclusive rights that allow the owner to do or authorize a number of things and exercise substantial control over his or her work. The copyright owner has the right to do four things (called exclusive rights):
1. Reproduce the copyrighted work; 2. Display the copyrighted work publicly; 3. Prepare derivative works based on the copyrighted work; and 4. Distribute copies of the copyrighted work to the public by sale, rental or lending, and/or to display the image.

And do not think they require conclusions supplied by you.and do not need they require conclusions supplied by you.

This thread was bothering me, so I decided to post...
I don't think being a disorganized slob is a good excuse for one.
If one makes mistakes of this nature, who knows what other kinds of mistakes are being made: Breeding Records, other pictures where he didn't get caught or no one closely compared their purchase with the picture in the Ad?
He did:
- "Make a mistake" (how someone else's animals picture got put in HIS files is another question.
- Immediately took down the picture once caught
BUT... he STILL broke the law, even if it was "accidently." Shadera is owed an apology, imo.
Hello Everone ,the post I did with clown picture was just a big mistake on my part .I used the photo out of my file thinking it was mine.In no way was I trying to decieve anyone .I have been on KS since 2003 and have never had any bad rap of any kind .I go out of my way to please everyone . I told Shadera I was very sorry and that I deleted all photo files. I hope everone understands that this was just an error on my part and I am sorry it happened

Mr. Maheuron made the unfortunate mistake of wronging a charter member of the Fauna clique. For this he will pay dearly.
