    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yes personal feelings do taint everything but just because someone doesn't like that he is a Fauna troll doesn't meant he is a "Bad guy." He may suck at life but he has satisfied customers.

If I hadn't taken the pic at that angle I would never have seen the supposed "booger". Plus when I took the pic last night it was sitting in a chair and hanging over the sides. It doesn't affect in any way the way the tubs fit, in fact it seems to make them more snug as the shelf doesn't flex at all. I kind of like that as I would hate to think they could easily slide out of there when there's one of my "kids" in there!

All of our thoughts and opinions are colored by our personal feelings, so we cannot separate the two. What we can try to do is keep them from affecting our every interaction with that person. There are few people here that I have personal feelings about, but I do not follow them from thread to thread tauting ad nauseum what I think of them. It is not needful and makes me look petty and spiteful...something to think about.
 
Well if there is something negative to post about him... then have at it! However, the post should at least have some facts to back up the opinion. Not just a complaint about how he is a jerk or that his feet smell!? If there is something that cause poor customer service, dissatisfaction, or just plain old fraud state that as a fact.
 
Sounds like Jim did a great job helping someone out.

Maybe his temper has subsided?

Well, "scoundrel" to me, would also include trying to damage someone else’s business reputation for a transaction that happened years earlier but you only bring it up after the you become their competitor.

I am most assuredly not a fan of jim's.

This out-of-the-blue niceness is very cool though.

Next time we go at it I won't step on your neck with ALL my weight jim, just one leg.

Some love him, some don't, but I have nothing but good things to say about the guy. He was honest, up front, and prompt with his service with me. I recieved the rack on schedule and it was well made. IMO he is a good guy.

Thank you to everyone for giving me thumbs up I appreciate your business, and to those doubters, If you accuse me of lying and give me poor customer service not once but 3 out of 4 times and then call me a lier and then you lie about the deal please expect me to be rude, obnoxious and a jerk.
