    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

yea it sucks. We have a big written test and knife skills test and we have to do 4 tournets. not excited.4865

Trust me, it looks easier than it really is. Even though I have tried doing it, I still think it looks easy when I see it done. Then you actually do it and it turns into a nightmare...We get a peeler and a curved knife called a tournet knife but trust me its still not very easy. I encourage anyone to try it and they can post their pics!! 4870
 
Hahahaha I just watched a guy do it in a video, and it definitely looks pretty easy, but I'm sure I'd end up with a triangle potato or something.

Cut in half, cut halfs in half again. You now have 3 equal sides (cut the edge off for the 3rd)

haha like I said it sounds easy on paper. but to create 7 equal sides and just getting the oval shape, its not easy. I don't know if you can tell from the pictures you have seen but they aren't flat cuts. it has to be shaped like a football.
