    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

The first conversation I had with the director ended with him hanging up on me (he of course denied it). The way my second conversation ended was with him saying he was done speaking with me and that I could continue to talk all I wanted as he then put the phone down on his desk and started talking to "Lisa".

As the team lead for my company's customer service this really has me :angry:!! I mean, the part about not transfering to a supervisor was messed up, but this part! OMgosh!!

One of the sales reps said I should start a new company just to train people how to do customer service, I said, how can I train people to be polite, ethical and proud of their own work? They either are, or they aren't and if not, then they need to find a new line of work.

People suck
there's maybe 2,486 good ones out there

Dand, I haven't seen your SOUND OFF thread yet, but if this was related to an insurance company, a lot of them record phone calls.
