    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

although I have only rolled sushi once and don't have a lot of experience with it I know fresh food when I see it. I was a Kitchen Manager and starting tommorrow a culinary student after all :D

What about chocolate covered oreos?

I gots me a sushi making thingy at home. Bought a little kit with the bamboo roller, saki cups, etc a while back. Cool little contraption.

Yay! (Im used to people not knowing good sushi/food lol) teriyaki chicken, shrimp tempura, and if they have scallops, are all normally safe choices;)
