• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    Addendum: 01/10/2026
    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Thank you thank you :D

I am not sure Cathy. I am not 100% what I want to do. It will hit me one day. I have two reptile shows in the next 2 weeks so I might see something that catches my eye.

4072... Good beginner snakes ... corns, ball pythons, sand boas, childrens pythons... I've had them all but I like the substance of the Balls and their docility :)

For your typical ball python ( which I atcually do like) what size tank we talking?
4074

The smaller the better when they are small.. adult size you want one that's about 40 gallon. If you get a hatchling.. start it out in one of those plastic shoe boxes you can get at WalMart or the Dollar store... they tend to get nervous in large spaces but as it gets used to your surroundings you can move it into an aquarium :) Needs a Hide, something to climb, Water dish and undertank heat!

4075

4076.. I don't feed mine in their enclosures as it sometimes causes them to be a bit less aggressive when I just want to hold them.. they don't associate the enclosure with food :)

4077 - Really i would not have thought they needed something that big....

hhhmmm. Goes to show what a newb I am

4078... Some can get to be about 5 feet... I used to have a Female that was 5 and a half feet... gives them more room to move around... 30 is the smallest I would suggest for an adult :)

Would I be better off to start with a normal even though some of the morphs I really really like?

4079

Tylers - any ball python experience? although there was a snake you posted the other day I liked too.... DAmn it.

Morph really doesn't make much of a difference as long as you get if from someone reliable and know that it is definately feeding well. Go for what you think looks best or something that really catches your eye ;)
