Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I love how you can call an insurance company 4 different times and get 4 different answers.
 
that's not good. Insurance is pretty cut and dry, either something is covered or it's excluded...

The first one call to find out bennies was, covered at 100%, no auth needed, $10,000 limit for Home Health.

2nd phone call after first denial, was wrong ID number... Really cause it was the same one you used to give me the bennies. Rebilled with same number and copy of card. They paid for the Skilled nursing and not the physical therapy.

3rd phone call was patient had reach lifetime max for Home Physical therapy, but unable to tell me how many visits were allowed.

4th - Was patient has met the limit of $10,000 a year for home health but yet had only paid out about $800 in benefits for home health. But yet could not tell me how that was over the limit.

On call number 5 now.... :angry::angry::angry::angry::angry:

Answer number 5 - It makes no difference if the therapy is in the home or the hospital it is all considering in one benefit and now the patient only has a $2000 limit per calendar year...
