    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy The end of the rope for Dave Lawson

I think both Mike and John will have something to say about that tresspass thing, that is too funny. A warning and as the sheriff said means nothing but don't come back after you leave, which we all stated we gladly would not.
 
Is that why on the morning of the 5th you were in the courthouse but would not enter the court? Yes the judge knows about that. or in the afternoon again no show or the 9th. How convenient that your new afforded attorney only showed by phone as well.
How did you go from indigent to being able to hire an attorney? You were so broke I had to buy food, dog food, your cigs, your gas so how Dave?
Is the cleanliness because of all the picture we took that you know we have on how you kept your animals as well as your living space?

Plus that login was banned before the last two or three responses went up.

I'm guessing it's because he was using a false name. His "Dave Lawson" login is suspended with a fine due, any other login he registers where it becomes evident that it's him will probably be treated similarly until he clears up the issue with the original.

Asking him to explain himself doesn't look likely to generate any results.

No.... something just isn't kosher about Rabid Hobbit's long deranged post in this thread. Dave Lawson has posted a LOT on this forum, and has never posted in that manner with so many words spelled incorrectly. Nor has he ever posted in such a personally profane manner towards anyone. There may be a lot of things that Dave Lawson is, but one of them is NOT that he is some country bumpkin that can't spell worth a damn and have a better command of the english language.... Not sure what is up, but me thinks someone is doing some major leg pulling here.... :notallthe

For the record, generally when someone bypasses a ban and posts on this site, the procedure is to delete that alternate ego as well as ALL of the posts made under that alias. At this point, I'm just not convinced that I know what is going on here. Nor that if this really is Dave Lawson, that the best interests of the BOI would be served by deleting his posts..
 
No Rich I do believe that was Dave as his ego won't let him not come on here.
He is that vile, only he has switched around which kids doing what, I would imagine to get Mike and I angry, all lies. He has tried spewing these vile lies to anyone that will listen including but not limited to anyone in my family or friends that he obtained from the computer and personal papers he did not give me back.
The only odd thing is the spelling as he does spell better then that but I am not sure how much now that he is some kind of really deranged state of mind.
And For the record, I have NEVER seen any of my children like that, makes me now wonder even more about Dave. The work paper in question is his signature, funny thing is that I never even had to use that or present it in court to move here, just another paranoid rambling of dave.
That is all I am going to write on a personal level, this is what sick individuals do, they try to eat at people in such a way as this and I will not allow that to happen.

As to the reptiles as this is what this is really about here on Fauna.
I never got reptiles in 07 from Dave, in fact I bought a hognose while here but left it with Dave. I flew and there certainly were not any snakes on that plane, with only carry on luggage. In the summer of 08 I recently found out Dave had used my name and other peoples names ( no I dont have the other names) saying he sent us animals, this is before I even started talking with Dave again and when asked why I wasn't notified of this his ex fed probation officer said that he confessed that it was not true. (I believe in the court dockets it shows he went to jail somewhere I believe in 8 of 08, without looking at the docket.
Regarding his snakes, I am not sure where he is coming from except that he is pissed that he tried to implicate me and Mike Greathouse, our where abouts were substanciated and I OFFERRED LT. Delecure to look through everything I have including my storage unit so there was even further zero doubt in any ones mind. I am afraid of the snakes, Dave knows this and I wouldn't go near them. Also the time of which he said they were taken is suspicious because he was in court so little of time on the 26th, basically in and out. The paper article on this says something different then what he just wrote. If I read correctly it said a door was bent and glass was broken, here he said nothing was amiss.
Mike did sent the boas, we have pics of them at his house, and I am sure Mike will come on here now with the tracking number.
 
Wow, this has taken an interesting turn since I was on a couple days ago.

Webslave, that was Dave. That was the Dave who is so mad, so angry and full of hate that he cant see straight. I have said since the start for some reason he(of all people) cares what others say about him on this forum. This is what I wanted, I wanted him to show his face and spew his lies in such a manner that no one, no one can even have a doubt about what has gone on over the past 8 weeks. And the crap you have seen is just a tip of the iceberg of the harassment Rozann has faced.

This is the same crap he has tried since the 18th of Jan, he has tried this with every support person Rozann has from me to her mom, to even her elder daughter that is in the marines. I told him on the phone on the 18th she is my ex wife, but my best friend. Besides she is married, and her husband is now down in FL. Sadly couldnt be there for all of this( because he was recovering from a health issue), but is there now.

His crap about my daughter changes bases on who he is talking to, me or Rozanns mom. (Since I know Dave is still reading thanks for bringing the big guns to Rozanns defense, you dont even know what your up against there.)

I have been pretty sure what he wanted from Rozann from day one, and the biggest issue is she isnt a woman that can be controlled the way Dave wants to control women. So he turned to the next best alternative and that is stealing from her, and me, to pay for his illicit activities. This is why some personal items were left out, because Dave needed to feel he could spout and somehow be believe. But with his statements about my daughter, and his present charges, he should be behind bars and the only companion he sees is one named Guido giving him the the tender of love.

So again Rich, that was Dave. The things he said and tone he is taking tells me we are getting to him. And his lies are just plain obvious to be taken seriously.


Now back to business, I was asked for a tracking number on the boas.

I live outside of Grand Rapids, MI John Apple will confirm this isnt really a close drive from Benzie county where Rozann lived. Wyoming MI is the main hub for the western part of the state. This was a package that was 21 pounds cost of $128 to ship. Those boas where mine, they were shipped from me.

I would like anyone, whether you like me or not, in the Grand Rapids area or Muskegon area to meet me so you can hear Dave's 7 different voicemails on just the18th of January. Them just please post what you have heard. Yes Dave I have them all saved from ATT and the police also have the ones that matter on file.

OH and just to stop further stupidity, He will find a way back on. if I cant get him in jail in the mean time.

ON the 18th after Dave spent an hour telling me his fibs. I left him a voicemail telling him that the boas were between him and I. Leave Rozann out and that I would be in FL to deal with him face to face.

This 6'2" 300 plus man chose to file a report that I threatened him. Well at least thats what he said in a voicemail to my daughter......makes me wonder!

oh 6'2" 300 pounds vs a 5'4" 120 pounds that he felt so afraid as to file and injuction.

well Michael...I am sure many folks have told ya so...but dave is a douche or for better terms a waste of skin.

What I see is that the vast majority of this thread has nothing to do with the BOI or a reptile deal. By admittance it was started to antagonize someone banned from the BOI and deals primarily with the civil and personal relationships of the majority of the respondents.

I’m glad I am not Webslave or I would be sorely tempted to lock the thread and hand out a whole lot of warnings for getting off topic.

That said, yes David Lawson is a blemish on the reptile world and if he agreed to sell your animals for you, sold your animals for you and did not send the money to you he has proven himself to be disreputable in the reptile industry.

Note the word IF, though I am relatively accepting of the fact, I have seen no proof and have a hard time believing anyone could be so lacking in good judgment as to send an animal to a known crook expecting that they would be treated honestly.

If the animals were indeed sent in good faith then you have gotten what you should have expected.
If the animals were sent for the purpose of having an excuse to create this fiasco then you knew what would happen and have no grievance to be adjudicated.
 
Well John you can have your thoughts, except for one key factor. Rozann was going to be there with the week of the snakes to be sure my interests were looked after. As it turned out on the day she was kicked out those snakes were still there.

My voice mail was from that date he kicked her out, saying he had sold them. Yet they were still present.

I you believe I sacrificed two adult albino Kahl boas, male some coral coloring, female standard albino, just to drag Dave through the mud. Then please do. Somehow I dont think you believe that.
 
And I am done with anymore of my personal info being drug out here. I am back to where I should be, the only people that I am concerned about what they think of me is my family and friends. Thank you those who have helped again and saw me through a lot of this.

Let the rumors roar on. That facts speak for themselves. Yep we made a mistake and are accepting that and paying for it. I just hope that no one else ever does.
