Granted an expunged record is a tad bit hard to research but when you know what to look for you can find it. Not saying that you have an expunged record, but if you do it really isn't deleted as you might think it is.

And as for being friends with Matt.... We have maybe sent 3 or 4 pm's back and forth about various things in the past. Personally I am sick and tired of hearing you and your little butt pals bring up past facts about Matt at every turn. Seems you and them are obsessed with him for some reason which is your own business as sick as it may be. That and the fact you and them have a sickness which needs help because you all seem to be hung up on child pornography. I think they offer chemical castration or electro shock for that and I suggest you all look into getting help for this sickness.

Ahhh I see now why he was challenging anyone to find a record of him being in jail.......expunged. So the events did actually take place and he was sent to jail just like he use to boast about, but since it was expunged you can no longer find a public record of it? Do you think that's why there is a certain boldness of identity theft and all the other stuff? He might think if he gets in trouble he will be at the 'bottom of the scale again'? Maybe that's why they are so bold over at The Rachodactylus Network Forums posting pictures of me and calling me gay, pedophile, a child predator, and so on...which I am none of the above.

Is this true Pruett? Did you get your record expunged? If you are looking to 'start over' continuing to harrass me isn't a good start.

Matt sad part of this is even if he had his record expunged it seems the FBI doesn't believe in expunging anything unless forced to by a lawsuit.(See Perry v. FBI) The state will send a letter to them that they are expunging the record, but as the FBI has stated in numerous sworn court documents "State law does not dictate what a Federal Agency can or can not do". So unless he sued the FBI there is still a record of that arrest that is still viewable by law enforcement through a check using the NCIC network. So saying he does cause problems and the local police look into his past. They will see in plain english the date of the arrest and the charge and will know he isn't as clean as he would like them to believe.

The Columbus thing............I am telling you Hamper is fine and Cleveland Show is being ran by Hampers son, Last I heard. Hamper is a very honest person and anyone on this site will say the same. Bobby get your facts straight. Over 21 vendors had fines and charges pressed against them. One being here right next to me. A friend of mine. He has a lawer and they are handling it. Did you know also that these under cover people went into peoples homes not just to check there collection of snakes but guns too? YEAH. These undercover agents jumped into the herp world. Made friends for years. Then one day did the sting. The laws are not written right and that will be fixed. If you read the laws about a year ago you would not be able to tell what you could have and could not have. They are still not direct with certain species.

I know what happened there. I talked to many many people. Hamper and his whole family is a good thing for this hobby. Like I said hamper knows more then many of us would dream to know. He is one of the vets of the hobby

It's obvious that things aren't working out quite like Pruett wanted them to in the last two years and he is very angry about it. Hopefully he will be able to see that there is not 1 person backing him up in all of this....even his closest of friends. So now may be the time to quit Pruett, hang up the revenge game and just chalk it up as a learning experience....kind of like I did when you ripped me off. You have a horrible reputation in this business and your Rachodactylus Network forums are getting there too because of the things you and Timmy boy have been posting.....lies, child molestation garbage, gay stuff, changing classified ads, and the pictures that were posted without the owners permission.
