    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I just wanted to let you know that I opened a dispute on Paypal about this situation. I normally wouldn't escalate something this "fast" but I have been doing some research and found that I am not the only one that has an issue trying to communicate with this company in the past or orders of rodents haven't gone out when they were supposed to.

This information made me very nervous.

I am hoping that it might get your attention. I have sent 2 emails and called and left a message (your answering machine seems to be full or something as it went straight to voice mail) during your normal business hours on Wednesday 1/22/2014 and I haven't heard anything yet.

Hi again,

I know this message probably won't be seen until Monday January 27th 2014. But I wanted to let you know that if I don't get a reply by Tuesday or Wednesday to resolve this issue of canceling the order I placed on 1/17/14 (#3102) and refunding the $94.74 I spent, I am going to ask Paypal to resolve it for me aka "demand" for my refund.

I no longer want the rats/products, I just want my money back. After seeing the Board of Inquiry on Faunaclassifieds on this company, I am fearful of any rats/products coming from this company.

I also find it frankly appalling, rude, and very unprofessional that a company would ignore its' cliental like this after repeated emails and phone calls. I know I am not the only one. What boggles my mind is that the few people who have come forward and did finally receive their products (after weeks of trying to get in touch according to them and they evidence they showed on Faunaclassifieds), there was still no communication from you/The Rat Deli or even a tracking number. That is unacceptable in my book.


Please get in touch soon, this is getting ridiculous.

Unfortunately, this is what happens when you have more money than knowledge in a specific endeavor.
They have bought too much, too fast & are now overwhelmed. IMO

Gotta keep in Mind If boxes are not packed properly Dry Ice is pointless as itll dissipate fast.

The Urine staining smell is due to gassing too many at once and them laying in their urine as they pass out and die. I learned the hard way to gas less to ensure a cleaner product, rather more and get a product that stinks.
 
They are obviously not packing properly. When the rats are just thrown into a styrofoam container with 75-80% dead space, and zero packing. The rats I got from the mouse rack had paper filling as well as a small piece if dry ice, in an insulated box. They were all frozen solid, and vacuum packed. They'll het my business from now in, shipping is reasonable and fast since I live in the same state they are produced.
 
I cant believe no one from the rat deli has responded after a customer emails about this thread. They were advertising on here and kingsnake alot awhile back. The kingsnake ads should have been red flags for everyone. None of the other people selling feeders advertise in every different classified section of kingsnake multiple times, day on end. I emailed them 2 days ago for a price list just for the heck of it. Of course everyone knows what happens!
 
Here are some photo's of the Rat Deli world headquarters. I drove by and snapped a cpl of quick pics. The house is 990 Hoyd Ln the address listed on facebook. It doesn't look like a very professional operation at least from the outside.

That is obviously the best way to go if you can do that and avoid shipping costs. And while it is true you can't judge a book by its cover so to speak apparently even in person the product is not in great shape. Evidenced by previous posters experience at the Raleigh Repticon where they had a table and product available.
 
I too informed them of the thread on here which they ignored, big shocker. So it looks like after at least two confirmed cases of customer complaints and as many paypal disputes in just a few days, they would get the hint.
 
after discussing it with other vendors i visit every week i found that they were doing the same thing as before, walking up uninvited and sitting behind the other vendors tables (one in particular for 2 hours) and bragged multiple times about how much money they got and how well there gonna do because of there ability to buy the best and anything they need...
my understanding is they bought a closed Walmart store (not sure about that its a Walmart, probably a similar store but not sure) to run the rodent breeding out of..
in the pictures posted i didn't see one of there trademark ford excursions..there's 2, green and a tan 6 door ones on 2 inch lift kits.. when u see them the twins are nearby

i have no issue with competition, i have no issue with people going about stuff the wrong way and aggravating me ethically...issue arises when the bully others and give misinformation and the kids do utterly stupid crap at the show ... when the kids wanna show off a snake to a person and there 4-6 feet from a rack of live snakes ,we were waiting for a child to be bit in face or something for the kids puling out snakes and trying to be cool.. and then give the stupid info "this black line here on the belly and the white spots show u this is a pastel" (heard that one twice from the same one)...

now i just grin when people tell me there having trouble receiving orders from a "rodent distributor" ..i ask and sure enough its rodent deli.. i just hand them my card and tell them if they wish to try a new place to give us a call ..
