WOW...The more I defend Neil the more I believe him!

Take a walk in his shoes and experience this garbage before you jump on him for not responding to everyone's questions!

When I originally posted, I was simply of the opinion that Ritchie was really pushing for answers to some very unnecessary basic questions. Most really had no importance in the big scheme of things regarding Neil's break-in. The smallest things had been blown out of proportion and made into these huge issues that Neil has failed to address.

I'm sorry but I just don't think this is fair.

Now I have had the pleasure of having to respond to mulitple issues and I tell you what...to respond properly without encouraging someone to jump on me takes time. God only knows how Neil is even still posting with any clarity. I'm not even sure I'm up to it.

Perhaps my computer skills are not up to par but the speed with which people keep producing quotes is amazing! Some of you have nothing better to do than attempt (quite successfully so far) to form a lynch mob for Neil.

Ask questions or make statements that are relevant, not along the line of "Neil Does not own the snake pit. Even though he swears he does." This is cr@p Ritchie. Sorry but how is this important? Neil has explained that he is as good as the owner as has his father. Also, "Ripped out of the wall vs Ripped off the shelf....OOOOHHHHHH  You caught him! Big difference there!
Another eloquent quote from Ritchie.. "Getting information out of you is like pulling teeth. Then we ask questions and you get mad. Why not tell the whole Fu(k!ng story to begin with?"  Answer...because you ask such damn stupid and petty questions that in reality do not deserve the time required to answer. I'm really sorry Ritchie, you just make me so mad.

Neil would have to be a speed typist and have had printouts of all of everyones questions as well as loads of free time to get even half a chance to answer them all. All this before he could get the chance to get be angry that his reputation is getting dragged through the mud!  I don't think so.

To end on a lighter note, I'm sure if Neil had answered all your questions, someone would have found another dead poop covered iguana by now for sure...;)

So now lieing is no big deal to you.  It was not for Neil when others lied on the BOI in the past.  How things change.

I don't get it.  Over and over and over he has lied and been caught.  It has nothing to do with rumors or finger pointing.
Its in black and white...Anyone can read it.
The detecive issue for instance, why did he not answer the question??? Because lieing any further on that issue would be a huge mistake and he knows it.  How would it look if he has to once again "step up to the plate" and admit he lied.  I'm losing count here.  His fathers post means nothing.  Parents of murders will assert their childrens innocense til the day they die, but thats expected.  He also left out alot of issues, but out of respect no ones gonna jump down his throat.  

Nicole, its tough to sit back and watch this arrogant guy think he's got one over on the people that read this.  He doesnt have the balls to answer the tough questions and his lawyer is insane to post here.  Any good lawyer would never do that, but if you havent figured it out its easy.  No lawsuit, just intimidation!  ...Any lawyer preparing a case such as this would never tip his hand.  Neil hired a mouth piece.  He should have looked into some reputable public relations companies instead.  He's got a huge mess on his hands.

I was finally able to see Jay Gubitz' link. And I have to say "D@mn". I am quite impressed. That is some amazing work. Though it is irrelevant to this topic, I had to say it. Neil, regardless of our little exchange earlier, please pass on to your dad that I liked his work.

Of course I have a low IQ...which is why I have a great job in the computer industry that allows me to live in the Bay Area and buy a new car. I breed corns as a hobbist because I think they're neat, and keep leos because I love their smiling faces. Ah but I am a woman, so of course I'm stupid. Can you smell the sarcasm yet?

Upon reading the other threads, you would have discovered that not only do I live nowhere near Florida, but that I have also never had any deals with Neil.

I haven't really picked a side, just watched in avid amusement, so how am I being snowed in again? I would like to think of Neil as innocent as he handled himself professionally up until he got stressed and flew off the handle a bit...but sh!t happens to everyone, and this is a dino sized pile that he's in the middle of, so I forgive him the stress. Dave does not seem to be the type of person I would want to deal with based on how he has conducted himself here, and perhaps that is also due to stress which I will also magnanimously (pardon if that word is too big for you) forgive. One thing is certain...both parties have had their name's blackened, along with other unwilling parties.

Is Neil innocent? Is Dave right? Hell, I haven't the slightest. I don't have a shred of hardcopy evidence, nor have I been to Florida, let alone the store. Am I an idiot for thinking that the only way this *might* come to a conclusion is for it to go to the courts? Nevermind that I have a cynical view of the law and court system having seen many people screwed over by it. But guess what? What I think *gasp* doesn't matter.

A third party who IS NOT part of the herp community needs to step in and clear all this up...if they can at this point. Because all of us want the facts...the REAL LIVING TRUTH. A lot of us donated money for the investigator...I did too. So yes, I feel just as entitled to the answers as the rest of us. But it isn't going to happen here.

I agree with Belinda...tiny things have been blown way out of proportion. I also believe that Neil doesn't have to answer our questions here, no matter how much we might wish it. This is no court room.

So please wrap up all the actual, factual information you have, put a pretty red bow on it and give a gift to a judge and jury and let them decide.
 
OMG in heaven, and I thought my last thread went on forever.  I have to say, I never met Neil once, but whenever I emailed him with a question regarding anything, he always responded quickly and in a professional manner.  That is totally the opposite on how he is conducting himself here.  Is Ritchie Luna an A$$Hole? Hell yes he is, but he is asking legitimate questions that deserve to be answered.  The thing is, that a lot of people gave their hard earned money to this guy to find out what happened.  At the very least they deserve to see what their money paid for.  Believe me, i have no love at all for ritchie or lady chaos being that they jumped all over my A$$ when they disagreed with something i said on another thread, but I have to agree with the both of them this time out because they are questions I myself was thinking after 78 pages of lies, mud slinging, and he said she said crap.  After pages and pages of this crap, why don't one of the 2 parties step up to the plate and post this proof that both of them swear they have.  As fun as this is to read, its getting a little annoying that we have to go thru war and peace just to find out the most basic facts.  I know this post may seem like a waste of space, but i just wanted to chime in with my 2 cents.

Richie, normally I would agree with you that *everyone* should answer the questions put to them...but this has gotten so out of hand here that it really should go out of our hands and on to the next level. At this rate no one will escape unscathed in the business.

I don't have any legal expertise beyond knowing how to read a brief and decipher beginning legalese...and even then I scratch my head and look for a better translation than I've come up with....and I'm sure most people here are at the same level or less. So when police reports and libel and slander and other people being pulled in and "he said, she said, he said" comes into play, I throw up my hands in disgust and say let someone else handle it...this has gone beyond my comprehension (I never said I was omnipotent) Now that Neil has legal counsel, there's probably less of a chance of his answering our questions here...we can keep asking them, but there's no way of reaching through a screen and making someone do something.

Would I like to see the results of whatever happens posted here? You better believe it. Would I go sit in court if this is where this goes (if I had the time) and watch the whole thing, taking notes to report back to the rest of the crew? Absolutely.
