Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Josie...I do have ONE question for you??? I noticed that your police report number begins with "01"?? Doesn't that mean that it is from LAST YEAR?? Then WHY is this the first time I'm hearing about it?? I've never even heard from the cops about it....which seems kind of strange considering what the email supposedly threatened?? Wouldn't you think???

I'm just sorry that the words "Forgive and Forget" aren't in your vocabulary....

Steve,You bring up a good point,I talked to Jay Gubitz this morning (again on a nother matter)and the way he talks of this I do not think he will be bailing Neil out (again).I think that the snake pits days are numbered (just my impression from the talk I had with Mr.Gubitz).
Neil I know that you reading this so I say it again.It has been 9 hours and you have still not answered my question about what Det. Cole said to you about questioning Julie and me. If you have nother to hide and you welcome him with open arms and you have been soooooo truthful then you should have no trouble saying it again.Besides you already put in writing once that is all it takes to piss off the police.Show everyone how honest you are.

um...what part of that says that she received them directly from Neil?  What part of that is a lie?  She said he sent out e-mails threatening to kill her.  She did not say they were sent directly to her.  You quoted it yourself......I can't believe you missed it.



Everyone:  Nice of some people to take sides.  Those of you who are not involved have already taken sides.  This little incident we have here is very hairy.  Not everything is what they seem.  But yet some of you all want to act like you know the facts.  I suggest that those of you who are not directly involved...DO NOT take sides.  Not until the PI report comes out.  All some of you are gonna do is shoot yourself in the foot.  BE VERY CAREFUL.  Do not go down with the real crook.  (whoever it is)

Audrina - sorry about this stevejokes guy.  Sad thing is that I have actually met him and had him come over to my place to buy animals from me.  If I had had even an inkling of how he really thinks, I would have let him get with 100 yards (best I can do with open sights lately) of my place.  I have blocked his current accounts from being able to post, but unfortunately this is not absolutely foolproof for keeping jackasses off of this site.  Best I can do is to ask you all to be vigilant and I will block him as soon as he surfaces anywhere.

Yes, I did make a mistake by allowing him back on this new board.  I had hope he had learned how to grow a brain.

I suppose I should go ahead and delete his ad messages as well.  No sense allowing him the use of the site at all if all he is interested in is causing trouble and giving me more work to do by deleting his messages.

I would like to caution everyone that the hopes that the report from Tom Crowley, if I ever even get a copy, may not hold all of the answers.  Maybe not even any of them, and may raise yet more questions.  I will copy a segment from an email I got from him on Sunday:

I have made it quite clear that I am prohibited by law to reveal the results or even content of an investigation to anyone without the clients permission. Of course, if I do get this report, I will certainly post it, but I just don't want anyone thinking that this will be the big expose that will tell all and put nails in a coffin for someone.

Mr. Crowley has told me of his suspicions, but this is just hearsay and there are no facts at my disposal to support what he has said.  As such, I am taking them with a grain of salt and cannot divulge what he told me.  More than one person has been blasted for rumors based on no facts, so I'm not about to get slapped myself for doing the same thing.

Personally, I believe I may have just thrown away the money I paid Crowley to pay off the debt left by James Thornton.  But it needed to be done.  I just wish the results would be worth it.  $1,170 was a lot of money to pay for 'inconclusive' results, to say the least.  I toyed around with the idea of rehiring Mr. Crowley to continue the investigation, but he claims that it would be an entirely NEW investigation he would be doing, and to be quite honest, the prices he is quoting me leads me to believe he would rather not take the case, and this is his way of turning me away.

Much as I would like to get to the bottom of this, I am just not about to throw even more money down this black hole this issue has become.  Between the money paid to Crowley, money donated from my own pockets, the money I lost when James walked away, the free advertising I gave away, the money I paid Danni for the work James never paid him for, leasing the server this site is running on, and buying the software needed to get everything running, I have gotten so far into debt just to get where I am right now that I have to put on the brakes and say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.  This has got to be the most expensive FREE website the universe has ever seen!

If anyone else here has the burning interest and the deep pockets to match, I will be more than happy to give you the contact information for Mr. Crowley and you can do whatever you deem reasonable and prudent to do.  And no, don't even THINK about donations of any sort.  I would just as soon never hear that word used again in relation to this site or forum.
 
I would Like to tell everyone that Thomas Crowley told me via e-mail that he did have a couple more pieces of evidence and had made a couple more calls but he would need another $1,600.00 to do any further work on this case.As I stated earlier I talked to him about paying him to work this "NEW" burglary but that is a lot of money just to prove what I already know.

Granted I have not shown anything in writing but I have (with Neil's help) proved that he is a liar,the rest will come.The funny thing is why aren't you asking Neil for his in writing?He says it and you buy it.
 
Well Neil I now know why you were so mouthy,Det. Cole is on vacation until the 28th.BUT,I did talk to his sargeant and told me infact how to handle you and your lies about his Detective.I did give him some names and numbers to call about what you said and where you said it.He told me the steps to take of this.I was asured that Detective Cole would be told to take care of this first upon is return.

I hope that your suprise is from the court because I want to have all a chance to tell and show the word what you are,Plus can you say counter suit? Oh and so you know the Snake Pit inc. has to file the paperwork with the court (that means Jay Gubitz not Neil the general Manager and your Dad has been told all about the proof that is why he told you to keep your mouth shut but Neil KNows best.So I have to think about do I want to punish the true victim (your dad) for what you are doing?See by you posting that the det. questioned Julie and me and told you that we were liars,well according to the T.P.D.and my attorney that is a open and shut case of Liable but my attorney said I will have to sue the corperation and that is your dad.So NEIL AGAIN LOSES NOTHING HIS DADDY PAY FOR NEIL'S MISTAKE (AGAIN).
