He does not want to see the truth....He just wants to shut dave up and get your money.

p.s.  Why are you trying to shut Dave up?  You were the first one to point fingers with that e-mail to the webslave.?  Dave did not post until after May 6....Your email saying he stole your animals was Dated May 6.

To answer the several e-mails I have gotten since phil burst onto the scene I am not going to be quiet.I have in fact made a few phone calls and have been told (I know heresay,at this point)that some if not most of those case numbers were not for Neil store but for the tattoo parler that is at the same "address".I am going to T.P.D. in the morning and having each case number that Phil has given us ran.So I will again have to have someone post them for me.I f I do find what I exspect to well you get the picture.

Well, I just spent a half hour of my life hauling through this mess. (obviously didn't read it all!&#33<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> What comes to my mind is why all of us outsiders are even involved. Let Neil and Dave work it out. At this point all that can be done is burning of bridges so to speak. Any taking of sides at this point is pretty much being done on a "who I know better" basis, and obviously not due to facts. So, why put yourself in the situation to lose "friends"? Let it leave this board, settle itself in court or in someones backyard...I'm sure we'll all be graced with the outcome sooner or later. As one person pointed out, don't we have snakes to take care of??? I'm looking at the clock asking myself WHY? did I WASTE this much time reading this post. Well, if anyone wants to bash this post, have at it...I won't return to read this post to see it, but even if I did what would it matter? I keep snakes because I like snakes. I don't keep them to make money so I'm not staking my livelyhood on any of this. I do have to say one thing though, the lawyer coming in here spouting off about his credentials is as funny as anything I've seen lately. What did that cost ya Neil? Don't lawyers get paid if they have a dream about your case at 3a.m.? Best of luck to all of you involved. I just find it painfully clear which people to avoid as at this point I wouldn't trust any DIRECTLY involved. Take care!

Quick question.....  Who's gonna come up with some money to investigate the Investigator??!!?  From what is transpiring here and the message Rich Z.  put up, I think the investigator should answer some questions laid out as well.  What's in the report that has been paid for by Rich Z.???  
 As far as every one slamming everyone else....  Neil does not have to prove his being innocent, period....  People (mainly Dave ) need to post facts, with proof to back them up, otherwise they shouldn't post, period...
 My personal thoughts on this....  Neil is still Neil, though I never met him or have never done business with him.  Being involved with this site over the past year or so, I get to know people through they're posts.  Neil has gotten a few things mixed up, not to the likings of some, But maybe he did take one too many hits, if you get my drift...  A mind is a precious thing to waste!!!  As for Dave...  I won't take anything you say seriously untill you post proof and facts, period.
 Ritchie....  I don't know you either, but I do tend to like your," cut and dry", way of putting it.  I tend to beleive you know more than you are letting on, because of the way you are going at it.  If not, forgive me for assuming....  If so, shed some light,  There are inquiring minds that want to know....

 What a pisser this has all caused for this great hobby!  Glad I'm not involved like some.  I will sit back and wait till I make up my mind, just need some facts and PROOF!!  Just think of all the new people coming here getting a smell of this stuff!

I know both Dave and Neil personally, and I find it VERY SAD that theese two are in this fight. I have a hard time decideing who is right and who is wrong, and as such I will keep anything I am unwilling to stand by to myself. That being said, I will stand by my previous statement. I hope this guy is good Neil, cause he sure seems like a "lawyer"

Yikes!  You folks have kept me up for 2 hours reading this saga, and I am totally lost at this point.  Someone stole something that was burglarized from a store that does snake tattoos on the island of Aru near Tampa, Florida.  But, the lawyer is actually a private investigator who is looking for the guy who took the money from the donations that were made because of the unreported burglary at the tattoo parlor.  <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>  Several inmates have escaped from the penitentiary, and are now consumed in a battle of words on the internet that are making little to no sense to the hapless passerby that just simply came along looking to keep up with the current happenings in the herp business.  Somewhere there is a father that is going to clear it all up, but if that post was made, I missed it, because there was so much arguing and posturing going on that it is impossible to have any idea of what is actually going on!  

Alright, I feel better.  Carry on...

Neil you have spent the better part of the life of the BOI acting as it's conscience.  And now, when you yourself, are called to mat, you clam-up and hide behind an attorney??!?!?!?  I seem to remember you bashing people for the exact same thing in previous posts.  I also seem to remember you telling people things like, ....everyone makes mistakes, just come clean and take your lumps..  So why not follow your own advice?

You story has changed to many times to be considered credible, ask any attorney (other than the one on your payrole, they tend to tell you what you want to hear).  I don't know if you did this or Dave did it or the GD butler, but I do believe you have lied.  Why?  I don't know, everyone makes mistakes, just come clean, and take your lumps.

You know until someone gets some factual evidence, Neil and Dave you both should disappear and leave it alone. At this point I am glad I never finished that auction thing with that boa to help Neil after all this.

Hears what I see Neil’s story keeps changing, totally killing his credibility. Dave seemed to have some things to say that made sense but then he said too much and now has me questioning what he said. Also I remember Dave being mixed up in some mess a couple years back over trying to sell some animals that were not in his possession and using the Barkers pictures, or something like that. I don’t remember what exactly happened anymore just that I made a mental note to be careful of him, so I have a hard time putting faith in what he says anyway. So at this point in my mind it’s a complete wash and the both of ya should leave it alone till you get “factual” evidence to back up what you are saying, because you are only shooting each others feet. Just my opinion

Having to bring in a hired gun to protect your reputation is one guaranteed way to completely destroy your reputation. Aren't reputations supposed to speak for themselves? Not poetic but true I think.

Everybody makes mistakes. There isn't anyone I know that hasn't had to defend themselves at some point in their life from either a real or perceived threat. It's an unfortunate and inevitable part of life. How you react to difficult circumstances like this is the true test of ones character. How do you think you've reacted Neil?

The lawyer move is quite distracting and it seems very doubtful that it will help resolve any real questions here. It definately has the characteristics of a smoke-screen. It is an amateurish attempt at focusing attention away from the real issues.

Neil, unless this lawyer is able to identify the parties responsible for the breakin you have lost this battle regardless of the legal outcome. I seriously doubt you did more drugs than me back in the ole' days and I can confidently state that I would be remembering much of what you claim to be confused on.

BTW, I heard that Shakespeare was a homosexual. Sure sounds like one. Maybe you can clarify that for us PT since you are so willing to engage in meaningless rambling and seem to be so familiar with him?
