    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

THE SNAKE PIT WAS BURGLARIZED *AGAIN* LAST NIGHT!!

Casey....Those questions I can answer....

The 10K thing between the other pet store and myself is over....we have made a truce...and I will not talk on that subject again...it's over....
But...just for the record (I did some checking)....the first burglary in 98 I received about $1700 from the insurance company....the second one in 01...I received $5000....that's all the money I ever got from insurance...and even so...$5000 was my CAP! I couldn't get more than that if I lost $100,000 worth of animals??

It's pretty obvious by now that I probably didn't file a report for that burglary...

Yes! I do think that Philip will help me get my GOOD name back...and it really doesn't matter (to me) what you say, because YOU haven't lived it! Even Ritchie can relate to that? I think??

My father didn't post before he left because he was leaving that morning and he just didn't have time! Rich Z. will vouch for that one!!
When he gets back in a day or two or three....you'll hear his side from HIS mouth...

And, finally... NO!...I DON'T think you have STUPID written on your head! Personally...I think YOU would have to GAIN about 100 IQ points to be able to GRADUATE to stupid!

Ritchie....No, I realize that both burglaries are mentioned in that last post....Because for the December one (that everybody donated their money) I did NOT suspect Dave IN THE LEAST!! Now....when the PI stopped work on that case...I knew the case wasn't over and I also knew that Rich had been in contact with him....so, after I heard about the snakes on his table...I thought MAYBE he could have been involved in the December one, so I asked Rich to mention his name to Tom, the next time they spoke?? I didn't know he already had ME in his sights??....And on THIS burglary, I suspected ALL the people that knew me and the store....it does all fit....Neil
 
Neil. You must be refering to the fact that I, like many others donated money to hire the P.I. to help find the crooks, while you "sent him on wild goose chases."
 
As someone who donated money to the cause I have this to say.
I have followed this thread from the beginning. I posted once.
Since then I have read many times Neil state just wait till the end of the week it will all come out. I will post it then. I still have not read that smokeing gun Neil claims to have. I have waited all week for his father to post and still nothing more excuses. Then I read he has hired a lawyer and even the lawyer has posted no smokeing gun too clear Neil. I have come too the conclusion that I have been dupped out of money and lied too. I think it is a shame that men can no longer be men and stand up and answer every question with honesty. I only see dodgeing of questions!

I have to tell you though from what I have read just of your own posts in my opinion you look very bad. I find it impossible to believe your explanations of events. But in the end you are the one who has to live with yourself. Only you will ever know the whole truth.

Casey....here's my ENTIRE relationship with Tom Crowley....he came to my store after Rich hired him so he could see the place and meet me and get some information (suspects, numbers, descriptions, etc.)....we talked for about an hour (maybe, I think?)...he left....the next day or so, Tom calls me to tell me that there is a "large white snake" at a pet shop 45 minutes away from my store (remember, I lost a 6' Female Albino BOA)...when I get there...I go inside while Tom waits outside....what do I find?? A tank with a 9 FOOT ALB. BURM in it!! Some detective! It was even written clearly on the glass of the tank!! Why he couldn't tell me that over the phone...I don't know..I was NOT pleased! He was "supposed" to know about herps! I went outside to talk with him and tell him of my displeasure...I did...I then asked him if I could borrow $10 cause I left the store in such a rush I didn't take any money with me...He loaned me the $10 (which I still owe him)....after that ordeal...I spoke to him a couple more times on the phone and THAT WAS IT!! PERIOD! I have never sent him ANYWHERE to look at ANYTHING!! Wherever he went and whatever he did...he did ON HIS OWN! So much for wild goose chases! IT NEVER HAPPENED!! So...now what??? ....Neil

..."In all likelyhood the snake is "ligit" as having come from my bloodlines although the fellow who actually produced the animal is Tim Morris, not me.  Tim recognized both the pedigree and pic of the sire.  BTW, the sire, which I produced and remember as a neonate, is a surviving twin which weighted only 3.1 grams at hatch...!...(average weights are around 11 grams).  Not ony that - this animal, the sire of your snake from Neil, was eventually paired by Tim to a blue female I produced, which produced an awesome blue male (see attached jpgs).  **FYI, I've used this blue male to produce several clutches this year including ywo now in the incubator**.

The only thing which does not seem to ring true is the pic provided by Eliezer (?) of the mother of your snake - which Tim says is not his, which all sounds a bit shady on Eliezer's part...  According to the Pedigree the mom of your snake is "#30-94-TM" -- this being another snake I produced but not from any of my blue bloodlines (I recognize all the snakes listed in the pedigree) = someone (probably Eliezer) was pulling a fast one on that side of the family tree.  Tim seems to get along fine with Eliezer.  Personally I do not trust him, and it is because of issues just like this.   That said - the mom of your snake does come from very good bloodlines with a lot of history to it.  

To sum up...

1) Your snake probably was produced by Tim Morris (if we believe the snake Eliezer sold Neil was the one Tim actually sold him earlier in the year), and if so - the father came from from one of my best blue bloodlines, although the mom was probably misrepresented by Eliezer (not from a blue bloodline and certainly not the snake shown in Eliezer's pic), but still a fine snake none the less.

2) All things considered your snake is still of great liniage, with some history of blue snakes = you should be happy with it.

3) In my opinion you got the snake for a fair price given it's pedigree.

4) It appears Neal was upfront and honest with you, assuming Eliezer was the one who "faked" the mom of your snake as being of a blue bloodline...."

I hope this helps clear up most of the questions here.

Tom....actually, the PI (Tom), NEVER gave ME any written report either (and he was "supposed" to be working for ME&#33<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>, even though I HAD asked for them in our few phone conversations...I really think that he set his sights on me (through good ole Dave, of course...hey, wonder where he is, anyway?), and that's the last thing he (PI) did! I think he's gonna have a problem here....Neil
 
1)I have no reason to question Trooper's honesty.I repeated to the word what Neil told me,he called the buyer a jacka$$ for paying that much for a normal Aru.

2) Neil I never had a Hypo super salmon boa on my table or for sale.Do you want to tell us who told you that now or when they have to come to court to testify.I did have burms and Retics a sh!tload of them but heck I don't know why, I only breed them.

3) I went to T.P.D. and had all those reports pulled and here are my findings:

the snake pit,owner is 1096 and has found a ski mask and some other things.  <thats it>

besides for the march / 2001 robbery the rest were traffic stops/wrecks,false alarms at the snake pit and tattoo parler,a car fireauto theft you get the idea.

I did ask the lady if it is possibleif there is more on the 12/16/2001 deal sshe said only if the Det. reopened the case.she said that if he did it WOULD NOT  be on the web site.
I did ask about filing a delayed report,I was told it would have the 705854 # "if" a officer went to that address and made a contact # before leaving.

I ask the differance in types of numbers: contact , complaint and report # Iwas told this

Contact :If a officer goes to a call and find nothing or does nothing he gives this

complaint : If a officer goes to a call and  A) find no laws broken  or B)can not or is not permitted to do his job he gives this

report/court # :eek:nce a Detective is assigned or will be assigned this is what the case is given.

warning:I have not been feeling to good and I am medicated I did the definitions from memory.I do not forget or get confused ,I did my best I am sure it is what I was told.

I do have the hard copies of the reports.

Well Mr. McCarthy, that is a good question. I was afraid my post would elicit a response such as yours. First off in answer, Trooper Walsh answered an accusation of Dave's regarding Neils' alleged underhanded sale of an supposed "Aru" Chondro Python. He did some research and posted his findings and thoughts here. Which he was in no way bound or required to do. The first part of my post was thanking him for offering information/proof in an answer to one of Daves' accusations. Second part is a little more complex. Whenever proof and/or information has been offered by either Neil or Dave, someone (myself included) has been quick to question and/or try to disprove the offered answer and/or evidence. Now to clarify, Trooper Walsh is to my knowledge and opinion a very highly respected and reputable member of the reptile community. So my question was whether or not anyone cared to question the information and it's validity that Trooper provided. Thus, by questioning his thoughts and research, the person would be questioning his honesty and integrity. My post was in no way an attempt to question or impugn upon Trooper Walsh or his integrity. It was an attempt to point out the futility of such an inquiry. Which brings me to a couple of points and/or statements.

1. I refuse to take the blame for you mistaking, misunderstanding, and/or misinterpreting my post and its question therein.

2. Who are you to question me? Inquiring minds want to know!!!

i have been asked by both parties to post on this matter--i will say one thing--this is getting really really really old, it is like a car wreck. I have thought about writing a big huge speech, but honestly, i have been working triple overtime feeding a ton of ball pythons.  To Dave-do not really know you that well--you seem like a nice guy, and i think i sold one of your employees or helpers a few snakes.-i still never heard from you what happened with that whole leucistic burmese deal, and quite frankly, that is the most suspsicious thing about you, as far as your other past, whatever. Sheeight happens. It does seem like you have a very long criminal record, as someone mailed it to me and a bunch of other people in its entirety,why?--no idea, i know alot of people in the biz with long records though-does not really bother me except when they screw me over. That is not what makes me suspicious, i was more perplexed over our deal for me to buy the leucistic burms, an anononymous source called a day or so before we finished the deal and i was warned to stay away from them as they were stolen. I was also questioned by a detetective about the whole matter for what seemed like a very long time over the phone. What struck me as funny, was that i never actually heard from you directly what was the exact story, i have heard horror stories about the other person involved, and would not be so quick to point the finger at you, but some sort of explanation was in order as it was a sizeable amount of cash outlay on my and my friends part, and i wonder what have happened had the cash and snakes been swapped--i cannot help but feel that i would have been out the cash and the snakes, and not neccesarily at your hands, but the deal was never done, and no harm no foul, just left me confused. That is really the only dealing i have had with you, except pleasant conversation. I reread the posts and did not feel that my name was really mentioned in a negative way by either party, it all sounds like hearsay. I do know for a fact that the name of the person, or should i say the name the person said who called about the whole airborne thing that supposodly ratted on fred and myself was not dave lawson.

i have known him a long time, and done quite a few transactions with him, never had a problem, never had a check bounced, never had what seemed to be a shady dealing, he has been a good customer, and i can honestly 100% attest to Neils horrible memory. His terrible memory has not always been pleasant especially when he calls and complains to me about i animal i sent him that he got somewhere else--usually goes something like this---ben, neil--that albino burm i got from you died or looks like ####(or something along those lines)-i then say-Neil--i have not had an albino burm for 2 months---he says--oh yeah--thats right i got it from so and so--never mind-i am brain dead---
similar instances have happened a few times. But other than that--i think neil is a pretty good guy in the dealings i have had with him.  I think maybe a few of the ways neil handled himself in this situation were innapropriate, such as e-mailing people personally when they post on here on this subject.  But seriously--i think you two salvaging your relationship is a moot point, and it would probably be best to just try and go your seperate ways. Lible cases and actual damages are very hard to prove in this day and age, and i think you have both lost, not gained any customers from this ridiculously long, novel length thread.  The pi seems like a schmuck from richs post, and the lawyer seems a little on the arrogant side,  and i do not know many private investigators, but this guy sounds like a moron---
just a post to say that i posted on this thread, so that when it goes down in history as the worlds longest thread-10 yrs from now-i can say--yeah-i posted on that one.
