Wasnt it Neil who first promised to take him to court , but only filed a "Cease and Desist" order?

Yes Neil started with the court action and yes he filed a cease and Desisit. Which in case you do not know, is the first thing he is supposed to file to be legal. This paperwork has to be filed first, then if it does not stop then the remaining court documents will be filed. I have seen Neil threaten Court action, I have seen Neil start said court action. I have seen Dave threaten court action, and I have yet to see any action from Dave. He keeps stateing for his suit, but yet there is no suit filed as of yet (that we are aware of) and he has not shown and proof that there is a suit.
Also as far as the Private Investigators report, Not that I will or am accusing Mr. Crowley of any wrong doings, but I have seen in the past (from my own personally dealings with PI's) they can be manipulated by a person that is interested in seeing the report go one way or another. I personally saw a PI make false statements and findings in a report against me in a civil action (child custody case) and later had to admit onthe stand that he was coerced into making false statements. All I am saying is everyone is human here. Noone should have had any contact with Mr. Crowley until the report was completed. If he needed to ask questions to Neil or other witness then he asks them. But to be Honest, Mr. Crowley never should have allowed Dave to talk to him for any reason about the case or anything to do with it until it is finished. I can guarantee that If Neil's attorney is a good attorney that he could have the PI's report thrown out of court (no matter what it says) for just that reason. I am sorry for rambling on but I wanted to post a few things.
