The vet is going to OK the ship because that is what he wants for me
She is as healthy as she would have been in your care as she is in mine. She is generally unhealthy due to issues that were outside of my control, that are either inherited or that she got from your facility.

The issues that were in your control, among others, are:
Not having heat her first night
Temping her at 100 and saying nothing
Allowing a rack to get to 110
Waiting 6 days to tell me you were happy
Force-feeding water the day after she ate a meal ON HER OWN
Not asking the vet questions or having results, yet making claims
I'll take my chances in court, thanks. Unless the doctor says she's okay, then I'll take her back (how many times.....)
"Hi, Doc...I've had this snake 18 days. She was fine, and ate, on Saturday. Then she was like this. What do you think?"
Oh yeah...he has no time for that.
I think you're a bit overly optimistic regarding just how honest he's been with the vet. Had he had access to all of the information in this thread, it'd blow my mind to find out that an actual, licensed DVM would have made the statements that Thomas has ascribed to him. I think that either the vet never made those statements, or that he simply made a cursory examination and based his findings on a whole lot of self-serving fiction that Thomas likely fed him.
