Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

if you think the snake has parasites why wouldnt you test for them

I have a couple of things to point out.

1. That letter is typed with no letterhead. No vet would send out a letter with no letterhead!

2. The vet said you made the purchase within 7-10 days. From what I gather, you've had the animal for over 3 weeks. So you lied to your own vet?

3. There was ZERO mention of the condition being part of the "spider wobble" which would be a congenital defect. The vet ruled out anything congenital without an exam...so the vet is denying the snake has the spider gene?

4. The vet also put in a lot of information about the terms of sale. Vets deal with the condition of the animal, not the terms of sale. It's a BIASED opinion to state anything besides the health of the snake.

5. Where did it mention that the snake was HEALTHY enough to ship?

6. You need to name the nurse/tech because otherwise it violates Fauna's TOS. You've already broken this rule once already...
 
Hey guys this is over. Me and rob should just communicate. I think I am owed a big apologize from the people accusing me of bad things (not going to repeat them) and those going to the extreme to notify "my community". I hope you can just see that you actually were ignorant and wrong.

Thats what the word means for those who don't know.

Pretty crazy what is going on with this snake and the snake community.
 
I suggest the buyer give permission via fax and the seller talk to the vet directly. No one would believe without further proof that this is a valid document. I believe the clinic is open late.
 
Give the doc written permission for Rob to talk to him. Until that is done, and Rob can ask a few questions, this letter doesn't mean much. No one knows how much you primed the pump in your favor with the vet with your side. Also, I think it would be a good idea if someone in that area could vouch for this vet's reputation in treating reptiles. It troubles me that he vet does not identify the snake's morph other than "yellow".

I guess he wasn't able to find a copy of the letterhead. Really dude? Do you honestly think antbody is going to believe that letter? Rob I would not give him a dime. JMO

I think you just described your experience with ball pythons. No one in their right mind who understands basic care of these animals would have forced a tube down the mouth of a baby that ate just the day before.

My emails will still go out tomorrow, not only is there no proof that this is a valid document, but the physics community in Austin needs to make their own decisions about whether this alleged PhD candidate needs to be welcomed permanently into the fold.

This will just make me look better because I was able to defend my self against an angry mob, and got the documentation I need to prove my case financially
