In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

haha na it's not but I am not going to break the law and upload your address online. I got your address from paypal, and in a few days you will get a tracking number.

I am not responsible for what happens after that. If you leave her to die in the hub or what not.

Paypal hasn't even decided whether or not there's enough evidence to dispute the chargeback.

So, if you are sending her to a hub, why do you need my address?

Not breaking the law, His address is public record that takes 2 mins to locate via yellow pages or other means.

BUt if he hasnt gotten confirmation of it being resolved and case closed, then money is still in his possession. Therefore if you ship, he gets snake and they deny you, your now out the snake and money for jumping gun.

Here: crap...how do I make it bigger?

There's always that chance, I guess. If that happens, I hereby promise to get Yellow checked out and tip-top, then I will auction her off here and donate the proceeds to Fauna.

It don't work like that.

There is a procedure they follow. I am already refunded, but it will be confirmed when he gets the snake.

If he leaves the snake at he hub and it dies. I get refunded also.

This forum is not evidence it is hearsay.

Okay...let's keep it simple.

Why are you sending back Yellow?

She is not an acceptable specimen to be added to my collection for breeding purposes. I am not satisfied with yellow for the price I purchased her for.

She has a severe neurological defect that was inborn. I can give the snake a permeant home and she will not be breed, but you would still have to refund me.

So, you are dissatisfied with her but she is healthy? Almost done. Why do you think it took 18 days to manifest, in your scientific opinion?

Well what I think is that I was not paying much mind to her. I was busy with my other responsibilities.

What had to have happened is that she could not find water or drink water and got dehydrated, and that made her condition worse for those few days. She is back to the way she was sold to me at this point.

You just admitted the snake is back to the condition you initially found acceptable.

The high temps during shipping could have also played a role in the delayed onset

Not expecting much from you at this point, but...

Were you not paying much mind to her when she was left unheated in "quarantine:)rolleyes:)", or were you not paying much mind to her when she was on your "rack" with heat tape running on both sides of the enclosure?

No I mean I was checking on her daily changing the water, and feeding her every 4 to 5 days.

I was not analyzing her every move, i know she had some wobble, but i did not realize the severity until a few weeks went by. I can't keep this snake because she has trouble finding water which is due to her condition.

It's only a matter of time before she gets dehydrated again. Like I said I could give her a permeant home, but I would rather she go to someone with more time on there hands to take care of her and watch her if she gets dehydrated.

basically she needs some life support intervention. which is why i can't keep her. I take it back that she can have a permeant home here. because I don't have the time for that.

But she ate a rat the day before she was dehydrated, right? And you noticed no wobble then? I think you used the words 'all of a sudden' to describe the onset before.
