Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I just want to thank you for the wonderful Beardie I received from you. She came out of her shipping box happy and healthy. Her coloration is far prettier than her pictures, and she is getting huge. You were nothing but helpful to me, and I would gladly do business with you again.

I hardly think a 12 year old accusation from Ebay about Dean has very much relevance here.

Shawn, step back, calm down, write out an intelligent, understandable response and then spell check it please. I cannot follow a thing you are saying.

I don't know who's fault the death of the dragon is but I can say that any time there is a fatality in your home you should always triple check your husbandry to be sure you did not make a mistake. Everyone makes them and it would be better to correct it now and save the rest of your dragons. If you are 100% certain your husbandry is on point then again slow down, type an intelligent response and go from there.

Shawn, it doesnt. However, you were the one handling the deal with Amanda. All I am saying is take responsibility and make sure that it doesnt happen again. Make sense? No one here, I think, is trying to get you in trouble with the law Shawn. We just want for you to educate your kids, business partners, tenants, etc... on BASIC reptile ethics and be a man for what happens under your roof regarding your deals (regardless of who they are for).

I have talked to the kids about it and set them straight a couple weeks ago! I just want the facts straight,is all Ben shipped to Amanda his snakes for her 2 Dragons I paid for mine plus 15.00 for my share of Amanda's shipping of my trans to me thats it plain and simple!

Shawn, and Amanda, would you both agree to stop this bickering and just drop this crap? Could Shawn keep the money he still owes for the dead dragon? Would this be acceptable to BOTH parties?

Do YOU understand that I am not trying to attack you here. All I am simply doing is trying to get you to take responsibility for what goes on in your dealings with people, including how they were shipped out. I am sure you spoke with your children regarding that, but in the meantime, you are also deflecting all the attention to people that had no history here or with Amanda.

Its easy to do. I could have blamed all the problems I faced 12 years ago on my ex, but I chose not to. I felt bad that I couldnt get the product ordered in a timely manner that was acceptable to the customer. But, there was nothing I could do about it at the time. I got mad too and didnt handle the situation like I should have because of my anger. Fortunately, I was very lucky and had established business contacts, licensing, permits, and even commercial registration on my vehicle. Had I not, things might be different now.

Shawn, like I have always said.... "its not how many solid deals go through, its how you habdle the adversity when it arrises that makes you a great person to deal with". All I am getting at is this is your time to shine, dont mess it up ;)
 
These are the type of threads that give the BOI a bad name in other forums . the childish post and triple post are so sad.why not just post the facts and let everyone else form an opinion?
 
He's not looking for a resonable solution IMHO he just wants to continue ranting and raving So be it. Before this thread I can say I would of recommended Shawn to almost everyone But Now I wouldnt recommend him to my worst enemy. Nor would I want to ever purchase something from someone who cant solve a simple problem Like the mature adult there spose to be. FYI Shawn this is the BOI which Im allowed to stick my nose into to see what and how people are handling problems that may accure with there transactions thats why we have the BOI to inform people So peole can make an educated disicission on whom to do business with and who NOT to do Business with.

Thank you for the ones who cave me good Karma I appricate that. The only reason Im upset is because I got BAD KARMA for something I never did. I never once made fun of a legal disablity in this thread...

So I just read through this from start to finish and all I can say is wow.

Shawn I sent you bad karma and I am sure you will "retaliate" and that is fine. But man you need to type all of your thoughts into 1 post at a time instead of stringing out 8 in a row. That is just foolish and immature.

As to this situation

I would like to see amanda post whatever proof she has that she did not mail the dragons 2nd day. I think that would shut up a lot of the "whining" that has happened on here.

Overall this is a crappy situation but it seems that the chief complainer in this is just very hard to deal with.
