Im sorry but Tommys a good guy and currently the man for garters and to me Nancy just comes off as a BS customer. She normally inquires about snakes only to never buy them, claiming technical issues with payment methods she chose.

In this particular transaction, there seems to be nothing specific traded for all those babies, meaning that it is not in fact a binding agreement.

Tommy. I asked you about the payment you offered. I did not see it. Could you please point it out? Or did you make that part up?

To me, Nancy owes no baby snakes. And kudos to her for getting her little babies to eat.

lucille everything is there and im not reading through all of it again. i know what i wrote..i offered to pay the shipping and she told me "dont worry about it".
there was no other aggreement for payment. there was only trades. oregon red spots (concinnus) and plains (radix) for 10 babies. the deal wasnt done and we never got to discuss the details of the trade. she kept getting off topic and running out to bottle feed cows.....we talked twice on the phone and she said (not me) that she woud send 10 babies for a few concinnus. the blue concinnus was up for sale and had nothing to do with the trade which is what started us to message agian and i sent requests via paypal and never paid then all this happened.

i said "somehow" because she claims to be "off grid" and paid me through her friends paypal on the original purchase and gave me a different one to send the request to for the blue then wanted to send a check.

Hmm, not sure as using Scotts long defunct pricing from his website which has not been updated or active for quite some time was fair as a guide.
Scott has not been active in garters for some time now, as far as I am aware, I got his last gravid Lake Chapalla garter about 2 years ago .
But I think somewhere in one message you state they should be worth more, which is likely correct as that list had not been updated in quite a while I believe.

Anyway it certainly sounds like there was no actual formal agreement for anything in any direction.

At this stage it looks like you got $500 for an adult female and now have 6 male hatchlings worth considerably MORE than $500 to boot.

Have you actually sent ANY trade garters out in exchange yet?
