In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

If "Mr. Cogar" is Michelle ' s Husband, (and if so, I am sorry for your loss) then that would make him Anthony ' s father, according to the obituary.

There is a Facebook for a Kearsten Pappas linked to an Anthony Pappas putting them in FL. Anthony's profile states he is from PA.
We might have a father using a son's name to scam thing here rather than the opposite.

No evidence to really support that.
"Tony Pappas" pretty much just admitted he's Charles Pappas which would mean "Anthony" is probably a farce in this instance. "Anthony" originally blamed his "son" for this "mishap", but that does not seem to the be the case. It seems the opposite, actually.
What I have still been unable to find is how Kate Ellis fits into all of this. I can find that a Kate Ellis lives in the town of New Jersey stated on the Delta Dash paperwork, but little else.
I am wondering if she is a girlfriend or something. Maybe a sister as originally claimed? But, again, cannot find any linke of Kate Ellis to Pappas anything.
That's just me though.

What's hard about it is that you're saying your name is Micheal Cogar and the obituary said she was married to Charles Pappas Jr. (you said she was your wife, that's why this is really, really confusing).

Use a credit card through PayPal even if you have the cash. Credit cards don't have an anti pet agenda like Paypal and will treat your claim like it was any other transaction. And they have any where from 3-6 months hopefully once PayPal is spun off Ebay and is no longer under the EBay politics they will start dealing better with animals.

Update: Toni followed through and shipped me two sulcata this morning. The deal is "NOT" done but I don't want to say anything else at this point. I'm giving him 24 hrs to complete the deal and then I'll come back and do a full disclosure .
For now let's back off, he seems to be trying to right his wrong.

Glad you got them finally. Im sure anyone who reads this in the future would like to know before doing business with anthony if the torts were healthy and as advertised. Hopefully tony continues to do the right thing and you no longer feel ripped off!
