    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Zach, we all know that if these breeders had come from the big reputable breeders, whose names have been mentioned before in this thread, that you could safely know that you had fallen in that 13% bracket of bad luck. As mentioned numerous times, both by you and many others, given the high-octane accelerated free-fall of Chris's reputation and integrity, there's no poss-hets there either. If anyone ever catches up with that expletive-deleted, a good kick in the teeth would be an appropriate "hello". Then you can serve up the "how you been?"
 
Bummer Zach, I am truly sorry that it turned out this way for you.

While I know this aint 100% conclusive.... it sure is close. I have never seen a 7 egg het x het clutch not produce a visual.
 
Zach, I'm really sorry. I kept hoping that egg would pop out a pied for ya but I think we all knew the odds were very thin. Kinda makes you want to choke the living crap out of something doesn't it.

Again, sorry to hear this. Wish I had better words to say but I would just be using that censored smiley over and over again. Guess I better go fill out some paperwork and feed my $625.00 normals.

Chris...I really wish you could understand what you have done. Then again, you would have to care.

Although there’s no “bright side” to your outcome, at least you were able to breed them and now you are almost positive they are not what they were supposed to be. Other folks will have to wait two maybe even three years before they can corroborate similar findings. In the meantime they will be raising those babies always with the doubt in their minds. Even worse yet, other people which have sent money are still waiting for the weather to “warm-up”. So as stated, there’s no bright side but at least you can move on.

Have you given any thought about buying a “true hetero” male from one of the big breeders? My point is that right now it’s a reasonable investment (close to $150) and you can raise him to breeding age probably within a year. You can be breeding Chris’ female to this new male, and increase your odds of proving her out for good. Worse case scenario you will be producing some true 50ers instead of possibly more normals. In MHO given the current outcome you will be investing too much time and money by breeding this female to this very same male next season. Just a thought.

Actually, Dan, I started planning for this several weeks ago.

A great guy I've dealt with before is going to take the female and breed her to a Piebald for me this coming year. This ought to give us MUCH more legal ammo against him for the "het" cases.

...and obviously, these little kiddos will be sold as normals :)
Maybe I'll just get them feeding really well and sell them at a show.

Nothing like a smiling kid with a new pet to slap a smile on a breeder's face!!!!!
 
Sounds like you got a great plan there Zach. It's great you have someone willing to help you out next season, will be interesting to see the outcome of that breeding. Have to say you are much calmer than myself. Knowing my hets are most likely not hets just makes me want to :uzi: .

One thing I do agree with...nothing better than a smiling child holding a reptile. :)

I will express that it felt far different this morning to see the one egg's contents and have this year's results confirmed than it did when I "fully expected to get normals". I guess I had more hope left than I knew, lol! :>Puke<:

Sympathizing with those who haven't received anything from TSE definitely feels far worse than having empathy for them.

But thanks to everyone for the support! I'm happy to be able to add data and evidence to this morass, and can't wait to see pics of the hets that Hairball will produce next year!

Sorry they didn't prove out for you Zach. But they are gorgeous babies none the less!

I was blessed with a clutch of four big fertile eggs on Friday from my female Tiger/Banded Reduced pattern. I wasn't sure if she was gravid until about a week before she dropped. She is just over two and was small when she bred, only about 1400g. The clutch weighed 396 grams. I'm not sure if that is good or not. But needless to say that I am excited and hope to get some nice tiger/banded reduced pattern babies. Oh yeah dad was a t/b rp also. :) Aaahhhhhhh now the waiting begins.
 
Here's #7, as promised. From what I can see I like her (hopefully) pattern the best, but no surprises of course!

I'm surprised TSE is still showing so much positive karma with all his cons and lies he posts. Glad to see his vileness didn't work its way into the eggs.... congrats on some healthy BPs though, Zack!
 
Well, given the outrageous amount of evidence against him, I have contacted his webhost to request suspension of his account. Having a professional-looking site like that could lead to more folks getting ripped off, and I'm not OK with that.
I read, at one point in this thread, that Chris was very ill, which is too bad, if true, but I have chronic physical problems too, but I don't use it as an excuse to sell fake hets.
Really sad when someone pisses away their reputation, but it's even sadder to see a whole mess of people raise their "Hets" and find out they got snowed. My sympathies to everybody.
 
Sorry for your disappointment Zach, and the way this whole thing turned out for everyone else affected. Unfortunately the ramifications of this have the potential to reach beyond those directly affected. Kudos to those with the backbone to stand up to this garbage.
 
Wasn't there one other person expecting babies out of some of TSE's "hets" yet this year??

I Have 6 Eggs That I Cut This Morning At Day 51. I Have Paperwork Showing Pics Of The Mom And Saying That She Was 100% Het For Albino. I Bred Her To My Male Albino And Now I Will Be Selling Some 100% Hets Not Albinos. There Is No Way The Mom Was Not A Het At All But Just A Normal That I Paid 650.00 For. I Have A Friend Who Has Some Het For Albinos That He Bought From Tse And Has Eggs On The Ground Now. He Has No Hope Of Them Producing Morphs Though. I Also Have Some More Hets And Pos. Hets That I Will Be Breeding This Coming Year. However I Will Be Breeding Them To Pinstripes Or Spiders And Not Waste My Time On A What If Situation! I Would Like To Know Just How Many Thousands Of Dollars Was Scammed Total.
I Would Think That If We Could Put A Dollar Figure On This Situation That Would Help The Authorities See The Severity Of The Situation Here.
