From what I been told by another member, the giardia that effects reptiles is different from the kind that effects humans and is not transmitable to us.

The type of giardia that reptiles contract is a different species than the type that humans, birds and other mammals can get. So basically the type that the snakes have is not transferable to people, thank goodness.

send them a certified letter with your complaint or whatever your intentions are , and call it a day. If you have not received any response by this time, you will not get one at all. Finally, I would take out a small claims action against Chris (whatever his last name is) as the owner of TSE on the same summons since they are synonoymous. Someone for sure will respond if its personal to avoid a judgement. I would also send them to Chris's home as well as their business. Their are servers who will do both. But you have reached the end of the line with this.

Better yet, if you can find 2 other creditors, you can force Chris into bankruptcy. But thats your call. That would require his books to be open and examined by a trustee. It can get a bit expensive, but people sometimes get so fed up with the unresponsiveness that they are willing to pay the extra money for the satisfaction.

I think thats due to the fact that all the people on there now have had good transactions which so far outweighs the bad transactions. If more people have bad transactions and vote accordingly then that ratio will change. I voted on thieirs for good guys because I had several good transactions with them so I personally have no reason to vote otherwise. Each person has to use thier personal experience or feelings and such in thier voting. Even with your vote it still stands at 53 good 2 bad which is still better than several other good guys there. If they don't get your situation staightened out quickly and get the animals out to the rest of the people I have a feeling that may change in the near future. I guess we will have to wait and see.

Sorry it has been some time since I have addressed things here....

First I will say that I have not bothered to read recent additions to this thread. I am home hor a short time before addmittance and I thought I would add a few comments since some people apparently had a tough timeswallowing my recent statement.

Let me reinterate.......

I made it perfectly clear that I was in no condition or had no intentions of involving myself with these issues since my health concerns posed a much greater priority. And to make it even more clear for those of you who have chosen to ignore what I have said, they remain my sole priority.

I checked my mail today and was quite amazed at a few rude messages. For those of you who could "care less" about my personal situation and feel I am able to handle these situations despite what I have said I must extend my sincerest apologies as my physicians and common sense tell me quite differently. I would not wish my recent ailments on anyone, not even you few folks who decided that threats or rude behavior may be a means to an end. I have news for you, it is not. In fact I have instructed anyone who send such an message be ignored completely and left for me to deal with when I return. Those who wish to complicate matters or make this process more agonizing for them than it already has been can wait. The folks who have been patient and understanding through these trying times will be given priority.

I even caught wind of a blackmail effort recently! Something along the lines of a customer waiting on a substantially small order in comparison to most of our pending orders who demanded their order be shipped immediately. He also demanded he be shipped roughly three to six thousand dollars in additional animals in order to buy his "silence" from posting on forums and various other threats. You would have to see it, even the few folks here I am sure are ripping me a "new one" in my absense would enjoy it greatly. I can say with confidence that this individual will be the very last person to be served as per my instruction. If this child wishes to behave appropriately he may contact me and I'll be happy to instruct sales to unblock his email.

Since I do not know when the next time I will be able to address you people will be and I do not have the time to address customers individually I thought I would post a breif update. Things were coming along fairly well the last time I spoke here. Orders were shipping, extra trucks arriving for pickups, progress. Since then however I have been contacted numerous times regarding claims made as a direct result of this compilation of assinine accusation and ignorance. Between the efforts to keep carriers paid and accounts active this has only complicated things further as I am not always available to address these types of issues which I can only address myself. And of course it never ends there. People want immediate and undivided attention, and god I wish I could give it to them. Hearing what has been said breifly from a few I have spoken with I only wish I could take this situation and dump it on some of your laps. I would take extrordinary pleasure in watching some particular individuals eat every last word spoken here.

There was a mess they were fighting when I first spoke here, and now there is an even bigger mess and they have some of the wonderful members of fauna to thank. I could only imagine the mess ten fold if they had taken the time to bite at the bait left for them here. Then to top it off I am sure it would have been followed by a "you have time to post then you have time to ship my order" or similar.

It is a lose lose situation and unfortunately this horrible situation keeps meeting roadblock after roadblock. And even more unfortunate, our customers are left to suffer. At this point I could care less for whatever is left for me when I return, I just hope for the quick resolution of pending matters and a quick recovery for myself. Perhaps I'll return to something more than angry customers and ignorant accusation. One could only hope

I'll be sure to chime in when I am able too in about a week or two, hopefully sooner. Correspondence is to be sent to [email protected] as it will be quite some time before I can check my personal mail and I will not have access to a PC for a while. Despite numerous snags orders are still shipping. There may be a few problems with our toll free service in coming days however as claims cleared that particular account and I am sure that bill was due a week or so ago. Not that they had much time to be belittled via telephone anyways And for those who are waiting for correspondence please be aware that I have instructed them that their SOLE priority aside from required feeding and such is SHIPPING SHIPPING and more SHIPPING. They email ppl before all shipments so be aware.

I'm sorry but I will have to strongly disagree with your suggestion Jerry. One thing is not to condone TSE’s business approach, with that we agree. But a completely different approach is to desire them ill-will to the point to see them fail in their business without giving them the chance to redeem themselves; particularly when they are also doing this for a living as you are. If in the future we find out that they have been selling "fake" heteros my stance will change, but we are not there yet...

Cant say i agree with the whole black mailing thing. But if your upset with rude emails , take another look back in this thread and see what is going on.

What do you expect people to act like , with this length of time going by?????
I dont think the rudeness factor should be a complaint by you , since you should have seen it coming a 10 miles away.

if you have the time to write here, then pick up the phone, call your bank, call your employees, and take care of those people who apparently have a problem just as you do. Maybe not health wise, but a problem nevertheless, that should be addressed.

Secondly, everytime things get out of hand, its because of your reluctance and avoidance in bringing these resolvable items to the forefront. To use this business about only being concerned about shipping , shipping, is nothing more than a ruse , as far as I am concerned. If your in business and you take money from people, then you are obligated in at the very least, contacting these people personally or have your people do so to avoid any additional potential legal difficulties. To use the excuse and its nothing more than a time wasting effort on your part, to put aside these legitimate accusations do not benefit you at all. If you are unable to handle the matter, then find someone who can..............

One final note, any advise given here by myself, is not generally directed at you but as a method for dealing with anyone who runs an operation that seems to be leaving people no opportunity for any redress other than legal action..........which is being caused by your inability to do the right thing!

Their are many people who have health problems. But I find it ironic that you can come here and yet leave people who have attempted to contact your business without any response. If your well enough to post here, then how about sending an email to some of these people who cannot seem to get a straight answer from you nor anyone associated with your organization.

no problem in disagreeing with me about bankruptcy, I mention it as an option, it does not matter whether its TSE or anyone else. Just as a point of information, I reread Chris's last statement over and to be quite honest, if you read carefully what he has said, he basically is telling you that if you complain, then you will be placed at the end of the line. This is rather remarkable when you stop and think about it. Here is a situation where people have paid in advance, and have received nothing for it, and when they complain their punished by being avoided until Chris feels he will be up to responding at his time , place and choosing. Forget about it if you received a sick animal, then their may never be a response !

Nice way to do business! Someone should advise Chris that things dont work that way. Their are limited periods of tolorance and people are only going to wait so long, and not at Chris's bidding when to take action. The best course of action to take is an immediate one. If Chris in his own words , wants to put your complaints aside until he is good and ready to act on them, (if he ever does) then I would oblige him by taking the first step in taking whatever legal action you can to help him change his mind. !!!!!

This is not very reassuring Chris. You have alot of people who bought from you based on your reputation (and guarantee). Can't you do something to address their concerns?

I think people were trying to give Chris the benefit of the doubt.

After his last post, however, I don't think there is much doubt left.

It seems that TSE has decided that anyone who isn't happy with being left to blow in the wind and then has the "nerve" to raise a voice in complaint are now to receive even worse service than has been demonstrated thus far.

And the BOI and folks posting in this thread are to blame?

I've never questioned Chris' health issue and have no reason to. I also continue to wish him the best possible outcome with regard to his health.

That said the fact that their are customers raising questions about TSE's business prcatices is no one else's fault but the management (or lack thereof) and employees of TSE.

I'm not sure that Chris should worry about coming back to angry customers - he should worry about whether or not there will be any customers at all.

Personally, I do not, at this point believe that TSE is deserving of "Good Guy" status. Chris should ask that his certificate be withdrawn and if and when TSE is able to right itself he can then reactivate the certificate.

Seems to me if TSE was doing the job there wouldn't be a thread here. Bait? you do bad things to the pooch and blame it on everyone else. If they are so jammed up then stop taking order till you get things back on track. Take care of your customers something you are not doing now.

You come here and really post nothing! there is no real info in your last post other than another subtle threat and your making the point or threat to your customers to shut up and take it or you'll just keep borrowing their money for how ever long you want.

You should post a link to this thread at the top of your service page so people have fair warning of what they are getting into when they do business with TSE. Then you can get caught up on your orders because your new orders will dry up. Randy
