    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Those seeking refunds have been instructed to file appropriate claims through PayPal and/or credit card companies. All monies will be returned and we will deal with PayPal directly as we have been instructed.

Those awaiting shipments have been told to contact [email protected]. Remaining shipments are being processed and shipped despite problems encountered by the efforts of a few ignorant parties who refuse to listen to what I have stated here in recent posts.

For those who make assumptions regarding how many parcels can be shipped by whatever company they may know in a given day: I am sure they are working with more than two people. Use common sense. Really...

Since there have been no mail order transaction via cash check or money order this about sums up all pending transactions which are in question. File your claims to retrieve appropriate funds or receive your shipment by contacting [email protected]

For those who have been helpful and patient with these matters I thank you. For those who have not I apologize and have stated before I am taking full responsibility for these matters. Shipments are still going out when possible. RefundsClaims issued through PayPal and creditors.

Why people continue to ignore what I have stated is baffling me. No one is avoiding anything and I have even accepted responsibility for matters which occurred in my absence yet people go without an email for a week and think the sky has fallen. I stated right here there would be correspondence delays. A delay is encountered and it is a surprise? Seriously.... You people have nothing better to do than to insight a riot even when told of such things? I find this rather disturbing. Perhaps the thread is so long that my post was simply overlooked.

Life is too short and I am not about to spend my time recovering dealing with the likes of people wishing add to an already tough situation. I have stated from the beginning that we have every intention on making good on all pending ordersclaims.

Those wishing to contact my ex may do so if they desire. She has been instructed to report any such calls as harassment as I no longer reside there and she has no place in my affairs nor do I reside there.


I will try to make an effort to repeat myself in the coming days for those of you who wish to keep up their efforts ignoring what has been said and putting words into my mouth. Friday time is being taken to reply to all pending inquiries via email. Those awaiting responses I do apologize but their hands have been tied with other priorities. Those who have chosen to accept shipment and received shipping notices be sure to reply and confirm so shipment can be made. And those seeking refunds, again, for the third time, file your claims.


Also, to those who have contacted me with their well wishes. Thank you very much, I certainly do not intend to allow these people to ruin my recovery but I did feel it was important to repeat my previous statements since every time I am notified of replies here they act as if I have said nothing and someone has run off with their money and not accepted responsibility. It is as if I say one thing, someone assumes another, my previous message is ignored, and then everyone acts as if I never said anything. Typical for fauna though. Go five minutes without posting and people ignore what you have said and go on everyone Else's accusations and Assumptions :)

I'll be the first to say, that didn't look anything like Chris' normal way of writing. Why should people have to file claims with Paypal? Why don't you just refund people their money so they don't have to jump through hoops? Is it because the money is spent? Unfortunately, once again, you have chosen to ignore the questions that people keep asking. This thread has become about a lot more than snakes shipped late or not at all. Its questioning the authenticity of your hets, its questioning how sick snakes are allowed to be sent out and nothing is done about it and its about whether or not TSE produces their own BP morphs/hets or whether all of this was mess was due to selling snakes that you didn't even have yet and then struggling to buy from resellers to fill orders. Chris, please, answer the questions at hand.

You could have refunded all claims by now if this was for real. I just have a feeling that all this is buying time. If you have the $, give it back now, to people who request a refund.
 
quick question. If he pays people directly who have already filed with paypal can they end up being paid twice?

3.Who did you purchase your original breeders from?

As you know i am in the ball market to and would just like to clear up a few things...
 
hey Chris, why do complainants

have to file with Paypal when you accepted the funds. They were only the conduit . You are the final destination. This is nothing more than a stalling tactic. How do you expect paypal to act in a decisive manner in favor of the complainant when they have no avenue to get the money back from you!

I hope people pursue fraud charges. You took money, provided no services, took money provided sick animals. Its a little to late to cover your tracks.
 
OK Chris, you have the benefit of the doubt one more time. What I'm going to ask from you or your staff will take less time than what it took to type your reply above. Please post the FedEx tracking numbers of your last 10 shipments. That's all I'm going to ask.

No, he would have to refund through paypal to get credit for he fees. Their system won't allow a double refund.

Paypal has no method of getting the money back from Chris. I am sure Chris does not have the necessary funds to payback claims unless he is willling to accept liability. So you can forget paypal for a refund. Its a ruse. Its a time saving method for Chris to further distance himself for whatever lies ahead.

Do not be sidetracked, go after him criminally.

I went through the proper procedure of requesting a refund through Paypal and was denied as my orders were past the 45 days they require. I then requested a refund by emailing [email protected] and was denied. I have been waiting since November 17th, 2005 for the first part of my order so I don't see how anybody could question my patience and I know alot of us are in the same boat. It's quite normal to get antsy after spending thousands of dollars and not hearing from the seller for weeks on end.

I do believe that Chris is/was ill and the people he left in charge have hurt his business. I have no real reason to doubt that except for others speculation. My past experience with him was pleasant which lead me to place my new orders. This however will be my last which is unfortunate.

All I want is my money back now.

I agree. If he had the money, seeing what a shambles his business seems to be in, he would give it back tonight to try to make amends.
This paypal stuff is a giant red herring so that people will not take legal action. I believe such action may be the only way they would even hope to see any of their lost money.
 
DAVID, i really can appreciate your approach

in attempting to deal with Chris in your last post. But its been nearly 6 months without any results other than a merry go round . He does not have the money to give back! He took it under false pretences, and I can only assume that he did this to others as well. Contact the DAs office in Albany, speak to someone who is involved in Internet fraud, notify paypal of your intent, and try to get others to join in.

At first I thought we had a medical situation that would prevent the normal operation of a business. But I dont believe that this is the case any longer. What you have here problem that involves scamming people for money, and a potential for providing bogus animals that have been grossly misrepresented, and numerous papers falsified to embellish the fakeness of fraud that may have been going on for sometime..........until now.

As Casey very well stated today is Thursday and the “shipping department” should not be very busy. Take your time even until tomorrow if you will.

What I’m asking doesn’t require a lengthy or exhausting reply, just copy and paste your latest 10 FedEx tracking numbers. No lengthy replies or elaborated explanations required, I'm asking for just 10 plain numbers.

This will clear without a doubt how much and how often you have been shipping lately.

My biggest problem with the thought that Chris is scamming people is why would he be doing it now. He's been in this business for a couple of years now and his reputation was pretty solid before. There just isn't a logical reason for Chris to do it.

I've already filed a claim with the Internet Crime Complaint Center and with Better Business. I've already spoken with an attorney regarding this also so I'm not just sitting here waiting for my money.

As far as the hets go I really hope that the pair I purchased from him in April 05 are the real deal. It does bother me that nobody has come out and verified that they have proven hets from TSE but I see no reason to automatically doubt him. Nobody has come out and said that the hets they have from them haven't proven out either. I know some have eggs that are being incubated but somebody somewhere has to have eggs hatch already.

Like David, I tried filing through Paypal, and was told it was past their 45 day limit. No one has "instructed me" to do anything to get my refund, I have simply been IGNORED. I sent very polite and professional emails asking for my refund. NOTHING.

Perhaps I should not have been polite, perhaps I should have yelled louder. I am fed up with being ignored at this point and will do what it takes to get my money back. I refuse to take a chance with the rest of my collection and bring sick snakes in here.

All of this other :censored: is moot at this point. I don't give a damn how many packages have been or haven't been going out. Just give people their money back and let them move on.
