This has never been a question until now and it is no surprise anyone with anything beneficial will refrain from stepping up in a thread such as this. I have nothing to contribute to stupidity or baseless assumption nor do I have the enery to battle with people we have not even done business with nor have any interest in amusing or pleasing. For those who wish to argue such things, they will continue to be ignored. I have more important matters to tend too such as my health and my business which is in shambles. I'd like to correct these things before playing in the sandbox.

I was not aware of this and if it occured it was certainly not intentional. Rather obvious given our previos track record. As for the two people I am aware of that were blocked it was per my instruction. It was regarding rude and derogetory remarks if I recall and they were directed to contact me. There is no time to waste on arguments. There are more important things to do than argue with people who will not listen to logic or reason. Furthermore I would rather not repeat myself again. The answer to this question is in one of my previous posts. Again I take the time to post here as asked numerous times and it is ignored. If I continue to post when asked to do so and my statements are ignored I guess my posts will have to stop. I will contribute again when I deem a contribution fit and I certainly will not contribute to the efforts of those wishing to be disruptive. If further contributions to this thread are ignored or I am left repeating myself I will simply find no use for this thread as it will serve no good purpose, only foul motives.

This is spoken about in the message below. Transactions made through paypal will be refunded through paypal, simple as that. Those funded through credit cards should issue their claims directly through the associated source first which will be more efficient.

Yes I am sure my ex whom I have not spoken with for quite some time, until recently when this was brought to my attention is quite aggrivated to say the least. And I am sure the ten year old who answered the phone greeted by a very rude and ignorant Robert England assumed I was working since normally that time of day it is what most people would be doing. As far as being a real contact number it could not be further from the truth. Those looking for a contact number will be able to use our primary number once the accounts are back in order, hopefully more sooner than later. For those who act as if its disconnection was hot news, sorry..... I stated this in a previous message and it was ignored. Surprise Surprise.

I've attempted to do some of this below, and I have also stated that I was in no position or condition to be replying in the first place. I also stated I certainly was not going to buy into baiting attempts or stupidity in the form of unproven accusations or assumptions. I have a heart condition. I have serious procedures in my future and for obvious reason I am not supposed to be working myself up or adding to an already stressful situation. Obviously people value other things over this, I do not. If it comes between my health and an arguement with the vile children of fauna, which do you think I will pick? tough choice eh? I comment whenever possible and as soon as I feel the need, i simply walk away. Never before have I been able to do that. Most will remember how relentless I used to be on these forums and most will notice I refrained from these actions prior to my leave. why? this exact reason. I was becoming ill, and this nonsense was not helping. Only before it was unrelated to me or my business. This time its directed this way which makes it even more tough to juggle at this time. I do not care what anyone may think, assume, or ignore. I have stated what I must and that is exactly how it is and nothing they say will motivate me otherwise. I value other things more dearly at this point and I have no intentions of returning to my older ways.... I'm hoping to get better, not worse

This is also explained somewhat in the message below. You've come a long way since I've last seen you here, I hope things are going good for you and I do not consider what you say "nothing". I consider everything everyone has to say. I have an open mind.... But I have no patience for those who wish to be destructive or argumentative. Those people are simply tuned out.
Here is the statement I was set to post but decided to tag it to the bottom of your reply. Take care.
Everyone wants immediate refunds when they themselves filed claims and threw our accounts into delinquency. Before I can even begin to correct the mess that was left for me in my absence I must first correct our accounts, then paypal. As most who have dealt with paypal know this is certainly not an overnight process. All I can do at this point is have the guy’s ship whatever they can and those seeking refunds can file their claims as they have been instructed to do so. Whatever claims paypal refused for any time restraints will have to be manually refunded once all the issues with the attributed accounts are corrected, added as new, and then confirmed. Even this in itself takes time. We should be able to cover most if not all of the pending claims and if there is anything left unpaid I’ll simply have to sell the “shirt off my back” to make good. I never once stated my refusal to correct these issues at hand and I am disgusted by the contributions of some of the people on fauna stating otherwise or putting words into my mouth when they have absolutely no idea of what is involved and the mess that has been left for me to unravel. If I could snap my fingers and correct these issues overnight I would, no doubt about it. If people think I enjoy seeing a reputation I strived to build ruin over something like this they are dead wrong. I’m amazed after the time I have spent building relationships in this hobby and the few contributions I have made people are so quick to jump to such vile assumptions. It is quite disheartening but it shows me the true nature of the people I mistakenly grew to love. Most think it is simple as dropping a check in the mail, unfortunately this is not the case when the funds in question are in accounts which are either now under review or locked due to these complaints. Common sense tells you this sort of thing but when people are upset and seeking funds they rarely care to consider the situation on the other side of the lake so to speak. I completely understand and I am not about to make matters worse by arguing with folks who wish to bait me or make downright stupid accusations. As I have said before my health at the moment is my first and foremost priority. Whenever possible I am taking whatever steps are necessary to see that accounts are brought back into active status, refunds issued, and shipments delivered. In a few weeks I will hopefully return to a hands-on status to make sure anything uncorrected is brought to a final close and this is behind us. I have never declined to accept the situation or responsibility, in fact I stated full responsibility. Unfortunately I am quite limited in my actions at the moment and limitations and complications keep piling on. I know many are trying to help, but to be honest many who think they are helping are only making matters more difficult. By no means am I asking for leniency or anything of the sort. I can easily press that little “x” and I do not have to read any of it. Our of sum odd hundred or so pages I have probably viewed a dozen or so. The assumptions and accusations of a select few do not concern me. My reputation in this hobby until these issues spoke for itself and I will not buy into the baiting attempts I helped invent back in my more active days here. Even shipping at this point has became more of a chore than it already was. Accounts in constant review mean fedex is unable to pull funds which are required for delivery. This leads in a refusal to pickup. They’ve hand delivered parcels on quite a few days to local locations in order to keep things moving. One moment an account is well off enough to ship a day. MAYBEE two… and then it is locked again. Pending review. It is a snowball effect people are oblivious too. Once paypal decides to lift access limitations we are supposed to add new account information in order to fund the negative balance which resulted from the previously mentioned claims. This was also a snowball effect considering many utilities and whatnot were set to retrieve funds from these accounts and yet again, they are delinquent or nonexistent. Basically one mess was exaggerated into an even larger mess. People may continue to run their mouths and make matters worse if they see fit. Those who do not help us only hinder us and if they think causing such problems will speed anything up they are incorrect. I chose to comment simply because people deserve whatever explanations and “updates” I can offer despite whatever may keep me from business and it is quite apparent that people think I am able to issue overnight solutions or I am able to strike my mighty trident down and correct this mess with one foul swoop. I am not. I wish I could. Anyone with common sense should know this.
I know it is silly to ask those who have been so patient to continue being patient. I would not even consider it, but I will be correcting matters whenever opportunities present themselves whether it be in the forums of refunds between the repeated account reviews and delinquencies as of late or whatever it takes for that matter. All will be covered, even if it means relocating to a cardboard box. I’m doing what I can, when I can. I’ll be able to take a more active role in these matters soon hopefully. If you think I enjoy being caught between a rock and a hard place watching this occur I must ask that you share whatever it is you are smoking. Please.
