Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Chris's Good Guy Certificate is starting to look like it is in jeopardy, Keep up the good work. 25 more and Chris has to remove the Cert. from his website. To all the TSE customers that have had or are having problems like the ones here on this thread. Speak up, Post your issues here, don't let Chris scare you into silence. That's what Chris is hoping for. If he can silence enough of his customers, he can fleece that many more people, before he is revealed as the scam artist he has become. You really have nothing to lose. Chris's number is up, he will probably shut down his website as soon as he feels that he can't squeeze any more money out of unsuspecting buyers. His Paypal account is already frozen, as reported here. He himself admits that his toll-free number might not work, because he may not have paid the bill. So you might as well climb aboard and work together to see if we can find a way to get our money back. If you are trying to contact Pat/Glenn, it's a waste of time. Chris is the man behind the curtain, and he is the one who owes you the money he took from you. I only hope that if Chris ever needs a Kidney, I'm the only match.

That is going a little overboard. I do not appreciate what Chris appears to have done with his company; we can agree it is wrong, but I do not think that this sort of implication is OK.
If Chris were in need of emergency medical help and I was there, I'd help him.
I wrote on this thread about a zillion posts ago that one has to love people as people and that is still true, even though we may have to pursue actions when people make wrong choices.
 
Nicholai I know I was more than harsh on you but I do in fact give you all the credit in the world for sticking to your guns helping a friend.
My heart & condolences go out to all who were so obviously taken for a ride. I too bought from TSE solely staked on their, once decent reputation. I was a lucky one and got refunded, quite promptly too, more likely than not due to the fact that it was only $150 bucks and this is what it would have started. As far as the NY laws that were posted here, well they're thrown out the window. Fraud is a federal offense. I urge you the victims to keep your heads held high and don't feel discriminated by anyone. Also take into consideration that you will all need to stick together. I will continue to hope and pray that restitution comes knocking on all of your doors. :)

Not Cool!!! I don't care how mad you are at someone, that kind of comment is not necessary or appreciated.

Chris may not be doing the right thing as far as his business is concerned, IMO but there is no reason to basically wish harm on him.
 
Bob, really, just apologize for the comment and let's go on, the quickest way to derail all this is for us to start bickering. It wasn't a thoughtful comment and I think you did not really mean it the way it sounded. We all want Chris to get well.

Mike, You certainly have a right to disagree with what I said, but let's level the playing field. You send Chris $1500 that you will never see again. Then we can sit down and discuss this post with the correct objectivity.

Oh, I understand your anger, Bob. I would be flippin if the same thing were to happen to me. I wouldn't however be making statements like the one you previously posted.

In the grand scheme of things money is worthless when compaired to a human life. I would give my worst enemy a kidney, lung and bone marrow if they needed it. First thing out of my mouth once I woke from the anesthesia would be where's my money, but................... I think you catch my drift.

Pulling this back on topic, I hope you and everyone else get every cent of their money back plus interest. $1,500 sitting in a bank account for 6 months has to making something........ :shrug01:

that the paypal account by TSE has been frozen? If so , this is a very good beginning. Now he may not have the ability to take credit cards directly. If so, it will be much easier to chargeback the account because their is no 3rd party.

I would also suggest that if you are a creditor, try to collaborate with one attorney or attempt to contact the attorney generals office in NY for possible fraud violations. This is what it may come down to. If enough pressue is put on TSE and Chris, some benefit may come out of this to the creditors maybe in a partial payment if not a full recovery of their funds. Otherwise , nothing will happen and Chris may file for bankruptcy and that will be the end of that...........with no recouse at all.

If I offended you I am truly sorry. Knowing you have a nursing background, I should have seen where you might take it as an insensitive remark. You seem to be a caring and compassionate person, and surely there is a place in heaven for you. But I am not, especially when it comes to someone, sick or not, that thinks they can steal from me. You live in Texas, so you must be aware that here things like this are Black and White, there is no Gray area when it comes to stealing.

This is not exactly true. If a lien is placed on someone's property it does not automatically disappear when they declare bankruptcy. The bankruptcy attorney would have to file an avoidance of lien but these are usually not filed as they are a bit more expensive and honestly bankruptcy attorney's usually aren't that good and you can fight those anyway. Since TSE is not incorporated any lien you place against the business is placed on Chris and attaches to his property. If Chris would go to refinance or sell his home he would have to pay those liens off as part of the deal if the title company or attorney does it correctly. If he doesn't own a home then of course the point is moot. I'm not an attorney but I do know a good bit about refinancing and the title work behind it.

My issue now is that I can't find an address for this business. I tried the New York Secretary of State and the Better Business Bureau and nothing came up. They also aren't listed in the phone book either. Does anybody have their address?

I remember that the shipping label didn't have a street address, but it did have a city name, Cheektowampa, Cheektowaga, something like that. does that ring a bell with anyone?

Return address on the box roberts snakes came in?? I dont believe fedex takes anything that doesnt have a return address on it. Also if they were shipped insured, fedex can tell you the address of the people who insured the package.

Sure there are now some 20-30 bad guy votes, but what I find disheartening, given the poor integrity, poor business ethics, down right rude e-mails and posts, ignoring of e-mails, and paying customers, shown by TSE/Chris, that there are still (last time I looked) 50 good guy votes.
That is only about 3 less than their high from when they were at their "best". That means a lot of new people are voting (bad guy), but virtually all the people who voted 'good guy" still feel that Chris/TSE meets the standards set by the "participation" TOS, (which someone posted recently in this thread)because they don't have to necessarily vote bad guy, than can at least just recind their good guy vote.
 
Try getting an adress through paypal.

In order to have a verified paypal account, TSE must have an address on file.

If you tell Paypal that you have never received the goods you pay for and that you are alerting the police, turning them in, etc....they should provide their address for you.

They might not be able to get the funds back to, but they SHOULD provide a contact adress so that you can take care of things yourself.

I would call Paypal.
