    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You just confirmed my own searches on Chris. Chris posted on this forum that Jenna was his fiances name. I have her full name and phone number listed for Apt#6 not #2.

As your posts shows he also lives/owns #6.
Also the first date I can find for Chris selling hets is mid 04.

I would also like to state that Chris made a post on Fauna that TSE was Incorporated. Seems that was the first of many untruths.

At this point I would be really careful about calling his home # and possibly venturing into harassment. File your lawsuits, contact Paypal, but leave his girlfriend out of things. As far as I am aware, she has no part in his business.
 
That may be correct, but if HER apartment number is listed under Top Shelf Reptiles, getting in touch with her IS pertinent to the case.

I do not think she was harrassed, she was asked honest questions and probably answered them without feeling pressured into it.

I find it interesting that Chris "is at work"...hm...I thought he was having lifethreatening, or more like lifesaving procedures done.

His life is in terrible danger, yet his fiance doesn't breathe one word about that and instead wonders why Chris' worknumber (where he should be atm.) doesn't work?

This really is getting weirder and weirder.

Btw. the policedepartment WILL pay him a visit if enough people contact them about having their money taken without getting anything in return, and without being able to get answers. Everybody should send their info to the same Detective. Once they see just how much $$ is involved and how many people, they will assign someone to the case and they will send someone over to the apartment.

The only way the closing of paypal would "affect" the shipments to other customers would be if Chris/TSE already SPENT their money LONG AGO and now has to wait on NEW customers spending money in order to have funds he can use to pay fedex.

advisable not to have any further contact with TSE or with Chris. This could undermine any attempt at any type of investigation that may arise out of all of these complaints.

The money is lost, and all of your efforts should be on finding the right authority to represent you as well as others in a criminal pursuit. Civil litigation is fine, but you need some teeth in your endeavors. With regard to his girl friend, she may be party to some liability if money laundering was involved due to not being able to get some of the funds he may have gotten from unsuspecting customers. But its only speculation on my part. But I would not exclude her. In the same breadth I would not harass her either. Once a clearer picture comes into focus, the authorities will know how to handle them. You are correct, if enough complaints come in, a report will have to be made. Also feel free to contact the NYS district attorneys office. You may have a sympathetic ear their.

And yes, if the number for the female is in any way listed as a contact number for Chris or TSE, call away! You can ask her if she has any idea if Chris is going to return all the money that he owes people, has plans to answer the allegations of fraud on the internet, etc. Just be polite. I'll bet that number is not active much longer. And Chris, if you are reading this? You deserve no compassion or pulled punches at this point. You are real arrogant and cocky with other folks money when you can hide behind keyboards and alias' and sales departments and FedEx, etc. I'll bet you can't face most of these people whose trust you have betrayed. Consider yourself Lucky Bob. At least you got a response. I've been waiting to hear back from them for two weeks now.

As far as the money being spent already this is one of the reasons they gave me that they could not offer me a refund so maybe this is why they can't ship my animals to me now.

Looks like he is now shutting everything down and trying to disapear.

I have a bad feeling that all of the "hets" sold are going to turn out to be nothing more than farmed snakes.

Makes you wonder how long he had been planning this and how much he actually took in before it blew up on him.
