    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I think after 1100 posts, it is obvious that TSE now stands for "Tough Luck Everyone" (that was the polite version, you can substitute the censored "S" word for "Luck").

I don't think Chris or anyone else from TSE (if there is anyone else) wil voluntarily make restitution. From my perspective, asking Chris to do the right thing now a wasted effort. He will only "do the right thing" when the authorities force him to.

It's time for everyone to contact legal counsel in order to retrieve their funds and not post here asking for Chris to send a refund. He obviously will not.

I think we will find out down the line that the hets that were sold were nothing more than farmed babies.

I find it quite sad that Chris would rip apart someone on the BOI because of their business practices yet he seems to be the one without the ethics who appears to have planned and executed the largest fraud to date.

There is NO excuse for this and I really hope the people that are out money get some type of justice soon.

Chris, you have given this community a serious black eye.

quick question for webslave....was the advertising here pulled when you guys bumped heads??? ? or was it pulled more recently...I guess what I am asking, is what time frame were the ads pulled in.

No ads here by TSE were pulled by myself nor any of the moderators capable of such things. That is if I am understanding your question correctly.

For a brief period Chris had been banned from this site during some severe head bumping, at which time he requested a refund of the remaining money he spent on banner advertising as well as his membership fee. Which I did, of course. I believe that was back in June of 2005. Later on he did pay for further advertising banners and perhaps posted ads in the classifieds, but I don't follow the ads to know for certain. The banner ads stopped when he voluntarily stopped paying into the FaunaAds account for them, which I believe was the middle of November of 2005.

yeah I actually worded that crappily, I didn't mean to infer that you pulled the ads, I meant to ask when the last of his ads were up..could be important as to the timeline of the whole situation.

Yes, anyone CAN take pictures of visial morphs and call them their own. BUT they run a HIGH risk that the true owner would recognise their own animals.

IF TSW sold so many ball python hets, they should have had quite the number of visuals. Esp. given the relatively small number of eggs per breeding of Balls.

I for one would love to see those visuals.

But alas...guess they were lost in that fire/thermostat/whatever kind of event last year. Mymy hasn't Chris covered himself with any kind of excuse there is for everything that could possibly be asked of him.

Did anyone else catch the strange comment Chris made in his email to Bob England (#1084)?

He commented that he had followed the suggestion of another member regarding attempting to set up a new paypal account. What makes that kind of interesting is that Kelly's comments (#793-page 159) came three pages after Chris' "I'm going to bed" post (#780-page 156). According to his profile, Chris@TSE hasn't logged back in since then....unless of course, he's using a different username.

Chris are you out there???

I guess i am out of a "part time" job so to speak. Anyone know of any forums looking for an experienced "MOD". Only thing is i dont want to use my prior employer as a reference.

Thanks for the inside observaton about being yanked. LOL ... that is pretty funny ! This thread is unique in many ways, not the least of which being that it has tremendous length with very little input from the antagonist. Usually anything beyond a few hundred posts requires very active exchanges with the target. For Chris to have only posted a few times, and then been represented a few more times by posted emails from others, he has to be quite disappointed that it is still way up in the lights. Undoubtedly he is mocking the entire thing, but one thing is certain .. his ability to keep the cash coming in is significantly crimped. He couldn't make ends meet before, and now the well is about to run very dry. Reap what you sow Chris !

This thread has become so complex that I don't know what to think about this. It did cross my mind that it might be a setup.

I don't think I've ever been to the TSE forums, what's going on over there, same as here or what?
 
there gone now Lucille. I believe everything has been "dumped". Up until 10 mins ago I could still go in with limited capabilities as a MOD for info and such. But now that is history.

I don't think there was ever any doubt whether Chris was keeping a close eye on this thread or not. First to try and keep tabs on what people may be trying to legally do and secondly because Chris' personality type HAS to know what is being said about him. Good or bad, Chris loves attention.
