nicolai said:if its been longer then 45 days then paypal is pretty much useless. You can join in with the rest of them ( others TSE owes) for a joint case or you can try your credit card company.
nicolai said:Sorry for the rambling and humor Rich. Question for you though. Seeing that Chris has all those IP's available to him is it possible to tie the IP's to his user name so his login (user name) will show when he is on this thread??

As long as some of the hets he sold prove out it seems it would be difficult at best to prove that he lied about all the rest. To the best of my knowledge there is no precedence to go by. If it goes to court he can always show the judge the "punnet" square and say theres never a 100% guarantee in the genetics of hets. what are some of the recourses for people in this position?

They both originated from the same IP address. This means that they were the same ISP account, and therefore on the same LAN (and presumably in the same house) but not necessarily the same computer.Received: from [67.20.229.210] (helo=SERVER)

The BoidSmith said:Jim,
A while ago you asked if Chris requested people to post any good deals anyone had with him; not in my case. Looking in retrospective it seems that I was lucky enough to order, buy, and receive a female black blood python from him. Furthermore, as I couldn’t go out to buy a money order on that date I took my chances and sent cash in an envelope, and gave him my account # with FedEx for him to charge shipping to me. Everything went just fine. I did receive correspondence from Glenn and from Chris. My initial inquiry was on 10/15, payment was sent, and the animal arrived on10/26.
A friend that’s been posting in this thread might remember me sending an odd e-mail describing the whole scenario (no names mentioned at that time).
Regards.
