    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

So far that's Zach's clutch which (if they were hets) has beaten 1 in 7 odds, and this clutch which (if the female were het) has beaten 1 in 64 odds.

I had wondered if he started out with legitimate hets and then later on when something turned for the worse he might have (out of desperation) decided to raise some money with fake hets. But it looks like even the first ones were fakes, as if he had planned this from the beginning. :ack2:
 
This will help strengthen the criminal case against Chris. If he had started out with a legit business and then turned for the worse, we would have had very little recourse to persue Chris criminally. Now it looks to me that when he started his business he was scamming from the very beginning, which opens a new set of doors, which will hopefully land Chris in a jail cell with Bubba.

As stated earlier in this thread I have a het pied female bred to a het pied male From TSE, she should lay in a few weeks.
I also bought 1.2 het albinos from Chris and the one female is with eggs also...the sad part is that i sold the het albinos to my friend...it was kinda hard explaining him that they probably are just normals....the snakes are from late 2004..

Since i was an overseas customer (Live in Denmark) im not really sure how to press charges against Chris....?
Any suggestions ?

If Chris has scammed people with fake hets from the very beginning (2004) im sure we can get him to court if we can locate him.

I spend several thousands dollars but no way i will go quiet into the night!
 
Oficer Brown , TSE still linked to many sites

Has anyone contacted Officer Brown to see if Chris has in fact skipped town as suggested ealier with the returned mail? If it would fit his personality traits to be so aggressive over he computer but run like a child when face to face.

I have noticed his site is still linked to MANY MANY sites, so the possibility is he is still ripping people off. I think all of us should try and lure new responses out of him with different email accounts that he is not used to. Ask to buy all his 100% hets. Then repost his reply here. Hopefully law enforcement is also doing the same thing, and can nail him for active fraud. If you see TSE linked to a web site contact the host to have it removed. Let's all work together to prevent TSE/Chris(pat,Glenn) from taking anyone elses money and insure the only money Chris makes is for cigaretts in the jail consession!!

I tried that last night with their sales email account. I received no reply as of yet.

First let me say that I am sorry that you too have became a victim in this. I really feel for you and all the others that were ripped off by Chris. There are few things in this world I despise more than a thief.

Secondly I want to say thank you for sharing your experience here so that we can safely say that Zach's clutch what not just a fluke or stroke of bad luck. I think this removes all doubt about just how far Chris' scam went. Thanks again Allen.

I am so sorry that your girl was a normal and that you were scammed like the rest of us.
You could fill out a deposition for Office Brown who is investigating and prosicuting TSE/Chris. Granted you'd have to send it back international mail but I'm sure that your case will really help the investigation and will put one more nail in the coffin for Chris/TSE. I can email it to you if you'd like?

Just so everyone knows, the numbers of scammed are still climbing....the latest news of non-morph producing hets has seemed to speed things up again.

Every day for the over past week, I have had at least one PM each day asking for the deposition forms from yet another name that has either not gotten what they paid for, or has purchased "hets" from TSE. I'm sure others have gotten the request for them as well.

I'm not complaining about forwarding the paperwork, I am MORE than happy to do so. I just want people to have an idea of just how deep this is reaching........I think at one time, we had figured that just with the people we knew of on "the list" who had paid for and not received animals, there was well over $15,000.00 involved. Judging from the number of PMs I have received, I'd wager a guess that the monetary involvement could very easily be 10 times that much.

Then, if we add on the "het" sales.........the figures could be staggering.
 
I KNEW this was coming, but.....I have been informed by another concerned member here that someone using the name ballmorphs has put some TSE het pied animals up for sale on Reptileauctions. For whatever reason, I can't get onto the Reptile Auctions site right now.....but I'm really worried that yet more unsuspecting buyers are going to end up getting stuck.

Any ideas on how to handle this one, folks? I know there is a user registered here under the name ball_morphs, I don't know if it is the same person, but they are here reading this thread right now. Maybe they can enlighten us???
 
Well, I sent the ball_morphs here a PM asking if he was the same one with the het Pied male on the reptile auctions. The PM has been read but no reply.
 
We'll see how this plays out. Some may try to pass the TSE scam onto others so they can reclaim the money they spent on buying "Hets" from them.
 
This really stinks.

In my opinion, anyone who would purposely pass on these hets fully knowing the cloud of doubt surrounding them is no better than Chris Johnson himself.

Thank you for having the good judgement to do such.........there are many of us "stuck" in your situation, we're doing the best we can. I know I wouldn't want to be the one making someone else feel the way I do knowing I very possibly (probably?) spent my hard-earned money on a couple of real nice normals. Oh.....and spent more of my hard earned money to get uh.......nothing.

Is there any way you can just close the auction?

I don't think that you can just close the auction because he has a person who has already bid on the animal. So I think he has to wait until the auction is over for that animal.

Maybe I am wrong?

Are there really good deals on reptile auctions???? I have thought about buying off there but it makes me a little nervous.

I have been reading (and now just able to post) about this topic for a while. I bought 1.1 het clowns from TSE/Chris for $1,900. Thanks to this thread i was able to get involved in the case. Just wanted to thank everyone who has helped this move along so people like me, who would have still been in the dark, can receive justice. I thought I would just verbally help with the money figure that TSE/Chris has scammed.

I forgot to mention that I never received my animals. So I'm not someone waiting to prove out hets.
