Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Well hopefully people will get some visuals from the het. breedings. There are so many people over the years that have sold normals as hets. and then when the people complain all they get is "well the guy I got them from said they were hets"...it doesn't seem like there is a lot anyone can do...with the isolated incidences anyway.

has any one actually talked via phone or in person to Det Brown ? the reason I ask this one is I called the # listed and got an answering machine with nothing more then I'm away from my desk no name NADA

Does anyone have anything to say about the Legal fund where people have contributed to retain a attorney to persue Civil action, Alot of people have contributed to this Via Pay-Pal auctions the whole shebang[/list] I think some real answers are in order here, I mean for the love of god its been how many months and people are no closer to answers (except for those who egged out this year) then they were when all this bull :censored: started. And please don't tell me that the wheels of justice in the state of NY move slow I know they do But if after 3 months (after the arrival of Det Brown) Chris hasn't even been charged, Guess What People He Won't......Like I said Above the only thing I have vested in this is my small contribution for Civil Matter of Trying to get these people who moneys are owed. Like I said in my post above the only out come I'm seeing is a 2400 + Post nothing more, nothing less,

Everyone, please put your minds at ease. I have confirmed that Detective Brown is who he says he is and does indeed work for the NYS Police. De does have an "official" e-mail address but uses it for administrative purposes, and uses the yahoo account for investigations.

Ok Det Brown is who he says he is, Cool.... :) What about an arrest ??? I do understand that Det Brown is taking paper work.... But unless Chris is charged with anything, he is free to leave state if he feels the need, Like I said above some where it's been over a 3 months and ain't Jack happened yet, No arrests or charges brought angainst him, This only goes to proves another myth, If you use USPS to ship snakes, It is against the law. But you won't be charged. What a state of affairs. :rofl:

I have no updates as to the status of the case. I do remember Detective Brown mentioning working with the Attorney General on this case but I am not sure if he is working with the DA as well.

I will post updates as I recieve them.
 
Derek, I don't mean to seem like I have an attitude on this whole thing I know you are doing your best......What is pissing me off is the fact(as I'm sure others are feeling) That Chris Johnson may get away with this and set a new precedence that it is OK to rob people for bu-co dollars and the law won't do :censored: about it. I do want to thank you for all you have done so far.
 
I was just informed about another TSE Het not proving out. This was a 1.0 Albino X TSE 0.1 "Het Albino". They produce a five egg clutch and the outcome was 4.1 Het Albino's.

I think it's safe to say without any shodow of a doubt that Chris was scamming people from the very beginning.
