    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

that when I ask a simple question, you seem to respond with the same nonsense about "maybe I or someone else can do a better job" How long do you intend to do this before another 6 months go by!

My original post was not intended for you! It was a general inquiry if anything was happening on the civil side. My questions were very simple that does not require a major explanation. A simple yes or no would have sufficed.

If you do NOT have any knowledge as to my inquiries, kindly do not tell me after a 1/2 year that these things are difficult, or how much paper work is required. Thats what attorneys get paid for.

Secondly, you are correct, I dont know Dereks daily time schedule. But I do know that a summons can be issued within a relatively short period of time. Mail can be moved in 24 hours. Complaints can be filed with the courts in a matter of days or weeks,..............not months for a civil suit. Their is no burdon of proof required for civil litigation. We both know that Chris would not show up, and what we are looking for are JUDGEMENTS. As many as can be gotten!

Finally, you are 100% in that I could do a better job than Derek, and probably faster with a greater accuracy for success. But the fact is everytime I ask a question, I am guaranteed that you will respond. Its never positive, always defending Derek, when I never even mention his name. So you can imagine the headaches I would encounter if I were taking over the helm. I wont ask anymore, I am out of here!

I thought my first answer was pretty simple. A bit beyond yes or no....but it has been stated many times that if anything comes up, people will be informed. Then you came back with more questions.

I "defend" Derek because he was the only one with balls enough to volunteer to take control and try to do something about it. I didn't see you volunteering to try to do it, and I still don't see you doing anything constructive. And I always respond because I am actually INVOLVED in this case, I was actually ripped off, and I understand what everyone here that is in the same boat feels like, and I APPRECIATE everything that has been done to try to help.

The fact of the matter is, nothing has been done civilly! Secondly, I dont know what you mean by "constructive" unless I have to loose money in order to provide some information!

Just as a point of information, I certainly do not fault Derek, as I am sure he is doing his utmost, but I think anytime someone makes an inquiry as to the status of what should be an ongoing case, you seem to get to emotionally invovled. Its bad enough that you lost money, dont add credibililty to it as well.

That photo is a real testament to your character. Hopefully the moderators will delete it. It most certainly belongs in the garbage with your attitude.

If your unhappy about my discussion with Cat or the fact that I have decided to leave this thread, it would certainly have been to your advantage to leave your mouth shut, and better to be thought of as a fool then then to provide the photo that you did and leave no doubt about being a fool.

I believe you mentioned that you were a police officer at one time. I'm starting to wonder if the general concensus amongst those you've arrested was that the ride to central booking, accompanied by your endless speeches, was actually worse than the chase or apprehension in itself. What did it take you...about an hour and a half to write a simple speeding ticket? Did you check the directionals for functionality and lean in to beep the horn just to make sure it worked?

I am getting to old to even understand your last post, or the significance of it, but if I may make a proposal, this post really pertains to Chris from Top Shelf, and I would feel more comfortable if it moved into that direction. We both will agree that theirs a real problem here. How it gets resolved is another story. But regardless, of the outcome, we dont need bafoons adding inciteful pictures into this thread.

Ill leave it at that. Whatever information seems to be pertinent to the people who are handling the case, I am in touch with on a private level. Thats all that counts. Theirs no room for people like Chris in this industry, and certainly whoever this Critical bill character is , is way out of line.

Whether I was in my prime 40 years ago really does not reflect that I have always maintained a gentlemens approach when dealing with anyone on this forum. You know that for a fact as we have spent many posts together as well as private messaging. So I only ask for a little respect when posting. If Chuck is not intellegent enough to understand that being derogatory is not a joke or cute. Then he should understand that theirs no room for those kinds of posts in this forum especially with the seriousness of what Chris has accomplished. Take care.

The thing about asking for respect, it that it's merely a request. No one HAS to respect you just because you ask for it, or expect it or demand it.

A request is by definition NOT a command. Perhaps you thought you were giving orders when really you were asking for what you think is due you.

Either way, in the big picture, scumbags and dealing with them, we agree and that's more important that when any of us was in his/her prime.

While any negative implications are not directed towards you, I have followed and participated in this thread from the beginning. I know that many of us, you included, have given our $.02 enough times to probably have paid for a cup of coffee by now. Whatever yours or mine or others frustration levels may be, they don't hold a candle to Cat's or others who lost big $, and whose only real satisfaction may be seeing a slow moving criminal justice system finally get Chris into court. There have been numerous times when newbies jump into this thread critical that Chris hasn't been locked up yet, sometimes implying directly or indirectly that those who have pushed this haven't pushed hard enough, which is a both shortsighted and misinformed view. Those people are also not reading many of the buried posts by you and others who understand the system and told the masses what to expect long ago. Its the same explanation given over and over by those who have put in the work talking to those who are too lazy or ignorant to learn themselves. Add to it the quantity of people who were in a position to complete an affidavit, practically having the red carpet rolled to their keyboard, and still declined. Any version of someone posting "why hasn't anything happened yet" may not be warmly received by some here, for good reason IMO.

As for respect here, its always been swim at your own risk. Rich gave up on enforcing civility, so meet the new BOI, same as the old BOI. Your insight regarding law enforcement and the criminal justice system has been valued throughout this and other threads, as it is reality-based and not La-La Land, where some of the more junior posters seem to reside. To your credit, you certainly have always kept things out of the gutter.

appreciated. I have been communicating with interested parties on a private level providing an avenue that may speed up the civil end which may bare some fruit in getting judgements against Chris. No monies will be awarded through any civil action, but his credit will be ruined for the rest of his life. That is a hefty price to pay for such a young person.

With regard to the criminal aspect, if in fact their is an indictment, then it is possible that restitution can be part of a reconcilation deal but only for those who provided depositions. But that is something that can be negotiated if and when it reaches that point. Because eventually if their is a charge, Chris will have to be represented by some one! Money always comes into the picture as a form of retribution.

Anyway thanks for the kind words.

I have something to say to the ones fighting back and forth the last couple days here.I know everyones nerves are allmost gone when it comes to what Chris has done to you all.This calling each other names and putting each others businesses down is uncalled for.Set back and think for a second,i guarantee Chris has been reading everything posted here from the beginning.Now he sees you all fighting with each other because he is still free to walk around as he pleases.By everyone fighting here it will make things even better for Chris to get away from any and all charges when infact they are filed.Chris knows if you people can not get along here then there is no way you will meet up in a court house against him.I am sure i will get some rude comments towards myself because of what i just wrote here.Now get along together and put Chris where he belongs!!!
