    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Wyatt and I have come to an agreement. It is easier for him and I for a payment instead of returning snakes. I stated a price and he is agreeing to pay for the snakes and the inconvience. He stated that it is more than fair to pay a little extra for my inconvience.

So Wyatt, based on this information from an extremely experienced and well-known reptile vet, are you still denying any link between my and Mike's animals being sick BEFORE they were shipped and having had it brought on by the stress of shipping delays? Are you still maintaining that is is a coincidence and that my het clown becoming sick is somehow my fault?

Do not know, I am not a vet. I am still selling snakes to this day from the same collection and if you are following the other thread about me, you will see that Damien Macioce purchased quite a few adult balls from me also and they are all still thriving and doing great. I am not placing any blame on for the RI, but I will not accept the blame for it either. YOu yourself stated that the snake was feeding and fiesty ( your own words ) and that the other snake you had got sick at the same exact time the het did. So I do not know what to tell you other than they left my facility healthy and feeding and were feeding and fiesty when she got to you. And I told you that if she was dead or never arrived that I would replace her and after she arrived you stated to me that you thought she was going to be fine because you were so happy that she fed so quick. If you want to discuss this matter any further you have my phone number and my email address, but I will not respond to this anymore on this website.

Oh yeah, and I am denying the link also because again, I have sold and I am still selling allot of adult breeders as well as juveniles that are extremely healthy and are satisfying allot of customers.

It arrived the next day in a huge box... I was still mad that I had to go through all the trouble to get what I paid for...but oh well.

2 WEEKS LATER A BILL FOR THE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING ARRIVED TO ME FOR $60!!!!!!!!!!! WYATT HAD SENT IT "BILL TO SENDER"...The freakin' thermostat wasn't much more than that.

Again I contacted him (with alot of trouble) and he told me multiple times that a refund check for the shipping costs was in the mail.... NEVER ARRIVED.

I have finally given up....WYATT screwed me for $60! Arrgghhhh...

You cannot treat people like this... its not right and the herp community is too small... especially when I only live 3 hours south of the person...sooner or later we'll run into eachother at a herp show!

The het clown's arrival weight was 1056g. She then ate 2 weaned rats, approximately 65g each. She has not yet defecated in my care. Now, 6 weeks later, she is 912g. I'm not sure if drastic weight loss is common with respiratory infections, but 144g is a lot to lose in 6 weeks, especially when she had 2 meals in her and has not eliminated them yet. As soon as she finally does, I'll be taking it in for a fecal examination.

I don't know a lot about BPs but I'd be worried if one of my snakes did not defficate weekly.
It is sad that Damion Wyatt has proven that he does not care about customer service, accepting responsibility or even honesty. I hope this turns out well for you Jen & Mike.
As for Damion Wyatt, he has clearly demonstrated he is not someone anyone should trust in any way.
 
Hi Jen - make sure you keep the female hydrated as best you can. I'm guessing that the weight loss you've seen is due to dehydration, which in my view can occur readily in snakes with URIs. If you're not already, give the female shots of saline in combination with the antibiotics. I couldn't remember if your vet had given you this advice already?

Best of luck with her - hopefully she will turn around. Hate to say it but breeding her this year just isn't going to happen IMHO.

Wow Wyatt your taking a pounding again I have to say my first deal with Wyatt was a trade in which I got my animals in perfect condition and then over I think its been 2 1/2 years I have outright bought a few other ball morphs and none have had any illness' or problems with lack of feeding, also a close friend of mine also purchased some pastel het ghosts from Wyatt with no problems. Im not a personal friend of Wyatts but I have to say I feel some of you are going overboard a bit. Jim to me it looks like you go around the BOI looking for some $hit to get into by looking at your warning points your nothing but an insigating trouble maker. Griz calling Wyatt stupid and whatnot is a bit childish dont you think I mean your a grown man and so is he. Yes you have the right to give your opinion on him making right whatever went wrong but who passed the torch to you to take up the cause Jen and Joe seem to be doing fine. As a matter of fact I had some dealings with Joe and he told me about the animals he sent to Wyatt and I called Wyatt personally on the phone to ask him about them. And Chuck you seem to be the biggest trash talker of all I mean I dont see why the moderators put up with you stuff youve been suspended once and they let you come back c'mon man if you have nothing better to do but to sit here and start crap go out, be a real man and talk trash to someones face dont be some internet tough guy its not appealing. Again Im only stating what I know about Damion Wyatt from my past history and no problems but you crusaders can voice your opinions without being impolite and trust me thats not the word I wanted to use.

Good advice pal and I'd like to follow it BUT......would you mind terribly if I asked a few of your character references like...Sal Tornambe or Chris Johnson or Matt Greybeal (as listed on your websites reference page as good references) if they would follow your same advice before I actually do?

That's what I think as well, which is not what I paid for. That is the main reason I am upset over all this.

They didn't tell me to give her saline injections, just said to keep room humidity up and provide fresh water at all times. I have kept the humidity at 60-65% and have been giving her fresh water every single night. I have also been giving her warm water soaks every few days as the 2nd vet recommended to loosen up the mucous in her lungs, and she does drink a lot while she is in there. I think without these soaks, she would have died already. But she is keeping somewhat hydrated. My vet is closed today, but I'll have to go ask for some syringes and saline tomorrow. I appreciate the advice!!! Anything that will help her at this point will be more than welcome.

John -- Ball pythons tend to have slow digestive systems and defecate every 2-5 weeks. I have some that only go once per month, but it is a big load. It's just how they work. Kind of like not all humans go every single day. My point for bringing it up is that she has lost all this weight despite carrying around 2 rats' worth of poo in her. :(

Actually those are his referances, Chuck. Damian M, you seem to align yourself with known scumbags. While I would hardly be one to cast aspersions on your own business dealings, people do often make judgments based on the company one keeps.

But I do have one question for you Damian M. On your website's "Sold Animals" page you list Top Shelf 100% hets that you you have sold. Have you made good on those "hets"? I mean, we all know those were nothing more than CH imports.

Good catch! I wonder how long its gonna be before a customer of Damian's shows up here with a complaint of a TSE het not proving out.
 
First off those were people that I have bought from or sold to so I cant say they are character references just people I have dealt with before. And on all of their threads on the BOI I have posted my not so nice feelings about Sal, Matt, and especially Chris. And to Mr. trouble maker Jim Im not here to get in a pissing match with any of you who live on this site but those hets were sold LONG before he was outted as a junk dealer and as I said in the post following my original one I got points for cursing. So the person that has them will as I had to with the other hets I bought from him just think of them as nothing more than normals. Yes my website is sorely outdated and those references should be pulled off there because you are right about the peolpe you align yourself with but I must say its nothing like that, I had a few buys from Matt for t-stats and whatnot, Sal I actually bought my first ball python from many years ago and Chris did send me some animals but they were definatley not what I paid for I came to find out a year or so later. Don't you think you owe it to the person(s) to whom you sold them to make them whole rather than to wait to "hear from them"? Or are they screwed because you sold them crap but didn't know it was crap?

So.....you "haven't heard from them"? I take it that means that even though you now know that the animals are NOT hets, you haven't bothered to contact the buyers and let them know?

Regardless of whether they were sold after the TSE scam came to light, I would think that you would at least have the professionalism to let the buyers know. If you know that they aren't hets, and let the buyer continue to believe that they are, that's just as dishonest as selling them normals as hets from the beginning, IMO. :shrug01:
 
Isn't this thread about Wyatt, not Damian? I understand everyone's arguments here as I've been following everything, but the more sidetracked a thread gets (adding more unrelated posts/threads), the less people tend to pay attention to it or read through it. Damian should have his own thread based on this discussions.
 
You are probably correct, Jen, though it does seem to perhaps show the reliability of the testimonial from the person (Damian) who is speaking up on Wyatt's behalf.

I will step try to refrain from getting any further off topic. ;)
