Thanks for the update Joe. I don't think anyone believed you would. He is just a smooth talking conman who steals, cheats and sells sick animals to make a buck. We can only hope that one day it will all catch up with him, or he crosses the wrong person.

Kris is his girlfriend Kristen. Funny how they're still selling more het pieds from the same group, considering that it was one of the adult het pieds that infected Jason's collection and subsequently died. I would say someone should report them to KS, but multiple people including myself have already tried, and Jeff could give less than two if someone is selling virus-laden snakes on his website, so long as he is getting his money from selling the classified accounts to them. He banned me for trying to warn people about Wyatt on the forums, even after I removed Wyatt's name and just said "a seller in Texas".

From the first page when signing up for a KS classified account:

PLEASE NOTE!!! Just because you register and pay does not neccesarily mean you have been approved for an account!!! All registrants must pass an internal fraud screen and registrants with open invoices, complaints, or TOS violations will be declined and their monies refunded. We reserve the right to decline service to any applicant.

They'll deny service to me, when all I did was try to share info, but they'll continue to allow known scammers like Wyatt and his associates to post virus-laden snakes for sale. Yep, they really screen people thoroughly for fraud and complaints don't they?

He had already lost 2 snakes as you can read way back in this thread, plus these 4, so that makes 6 total (including the original carrier he got he bought from Wyatt).

Wyatt was last known selling snakes under his girlfriend's name Kristen/Kris over on Kingsnake.com -- so if you see these ads, PLEASE beware.

The last I talked to him, he said he was originally with the Guard and chose to go active and deploy to Iraq to help him get out of debt/bankruptcy. He didn't mention where he was though.

Well guess I'll add my .02 now.

Unfortunately the three threads on Wyatt were started just too late for me. I made a trade with him mid Oct. 2007 and the threads started late October - December of 2007.

Well I bred what was traded to me as a Het Piebald female to my proven male pied and she laid 9 eggs. Ever since finding these threads I had a sinking feeling in my stomach so I wasn't holding much hope that she'd prove. Nine eggs and no pieds.

I know it could be terrible luck on my part but with the information in these threads and my own experience breeding homozygous to hets I suppose I need to add my name to the list of people who were ripped off by him. Bummer.

Hi Ed -- I strongly advise against completing that transaction. If you get ahold of him, you need to back out and get your money back. However, he has shown to be a loser and not give a crap about people's money or the virus-infested snakes he sends out, so he very well may not refund it to you. If you look up the longest BOI threads on him, I posted his most recent contact phone numbers in there, as well as the multiple e-mail addresses he has been known to use. Try those out. Also, if I were you, I would add a post to his BOI threads that mentions he is STILL selling snakes despite all that has happened with the virus proven to come from him. People need to realize he's still out there spreading it.

Good luck, and if you need anything else, let me know. I am determined to stop him from doing what he did to me and the others to anyone else.

i actually paid for the snake at the beginning of this year, then read the bio...dumb mistake, but i told him i couldnt accept the snake and take that risk. he stayed in contact for a long time but just recently quit replying to emails and ive lost his number so i cannot call him. i really doubt that ill ever get anything back from him, but maybe someday ill run in to him...how are all of your snakes doing? i saw that you had some 08 offspring listed earlier in the year.

I'm really sorry that he's screwing you too. Did you look up his BOI threads? I have his multiple numbers and e-mails posted in them. I also highly suggest you add your story to the threads so people continue to see what a scumbag he is.

As for my snakes, I don't have them any more. I had originally put my '08 babies up for sale way back at the beginning of this year because my vet felt they would be just fine, but then I decided against it and pulled them. I ended up having 2 more deaths, and decided that the best course of action was to destroy my animals. I put everything in the freezer -- breeders and babies, morphs and normals, kings and corns and ball pythons. I can't tell you how heart wrenching it is to look at a box full of frozen dead bodies and see your clown, your spider, your project animals, and everything you put so much hard work into just laying there, motionless. The only snake I kept was my original pet that I got 5 years ago -- Spoon. He was very lucky to have survived the epidemic and I loved him too much to put him down, so he is still with me as my pet snake. I will never own any more, I'm through with reptiles. I do still have the Genetic Stripe that I had here on breeding loan because the owner decided he couldn't risk taking him back, but didn't want him destroyed either. So he's an expensive pet now. He and Spoon live together in a big AP cage and are doing really well -- eating great and being normal. In the course of everything, I'm out $20,000 in animals, equipment, and vet bills. All because Wyatt is a selfish douchebag. He needs to be stopped.

Last thing Wyatt said is that he is "deployed to Iraq" but obviously not if he's still selling snakes.

Since "Snowball's" word is about as good as Wyatt's....I'd really like to see proof of that. IF, of course, this is the same "Snowballs" that steals other people's pictures and tries to take credit for them.

Yep....that's who I was thinking of. And to view that link I'd have to register for his site, which I have no intentions of doing. I'd need a lot more proof than a story from Bowles's blog or whatever it is. Of course...I suppose it IS possible for one scammer to nail another scammer in court...but I'll just remain skeptical for now.

Bought an animals from Damian Wyatt and Kristen Cowsert aka TW International.

It arrived sick and deformed, will posts pics later.

They refused to issue refund after it arrived.

He left me no choice but to go after him in court which I don't take lightly and is never my first choice of action.

He hired an attorney and I beat him handily on the motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. No small feat as 99.9% of all Internet cases are dismissed for that very reason. He didn't even know that his client ran an Internet business. The judge asked him if ever actually talked to his client before coming to court. His lawyer ( a senior partner in his firm) was pissed that a nobody from nowhere handed him his ars in court. It felt good to. Never come unprepared to fight and he did.

After they lost that motion and the trial date was posted, Wyatt filed for bankruptcy (chapter 7) under advise from his attorney. Because he a got a peak at my evidence against him and the witnesses that appeared to testify.

In one of his emails to me mouthing off about it he said that since I paid a third party (Kristen Cowsert his girlfriend) I couldn't sue him. Boy was he wrong and thanks to him for giving me that email.

That email helped to prove that Kristen was an employee of TW International. She collected money and posted ads on KS using Wyatts account. The corporate veil does not protect individuals of a company.

So I went after her.
