    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I want to thank you for the outstanding ball python that our co-op has purchased from you. She was not as you described in your ad. In fact she was a full 400 grams more than your ad stated. Needless to say we were very pleased. After her arrival she was quarantined and isolated as all new purchases we make are regardless of who the seller is. She has eaten a total of five times since she has been here in her two weeks. Our vet has examined her and gave her a precursory clean bill of health. She shows no signs of any illness or respiratory issues, all respiratory cultures were negative and her fecals were spotless. Once she has passed our routine quarantine procedures she will be integrated into our colony and hopefully producing many offspring for us in the future. Thanks for shipping her as you said you would and for the communication during and after the transaction. We will be keeping you updated as to her progress as time passes. Again thanks for the top notch service and animals that we have come to expect from superior breeders and hobbyists such as yourself. We look forward to doing more business with you in the future.

So let me get this straight....Bowles files a SMALL CLAIMS case for all of FORTYFIVE DOLLARS...and Wyatt hires a "senior partner" in some swanky lawfirm to defend it??? And said "senior partner" walks in to do just that without having actually looked into the matter at all???

Yeah...maybe a senior partner of Sheister, Grifter, & Scumbagson.

And then a second small claims for $45 is filed against a third party and turns into a $3000 windfall for Bowles???

If all this is actually true, I'd say Lady Justice got knocked off her pedestal and can't get up. :ack2: I say the lot of 'em should go be on Judge Judy. Bowles could get his darned $45 back and they'd both get flayed alive in the process.
 
That animal was the sister to the one I purchased from Wyatt. My female ate too before she showed symptoms and subsequently croaked.

The $45 was the filing fee from what I read. He went after him for the $1200 purchase price and the $3000 total included that plus what he was out for other things (he didn't specify).

I have no idea, I'm just pasting what was written on another public forum. Regardless, I haven't heard back from the guy that PM'd me but I thought it was pertinent to post.
 
I stand corrected on the $45 claim. But I still think the whole thing sounds darned fishy. Of course...that could be said of anything Bowles or Wyatt touched. Even a dead clock is right twice a day. :rolleyes:

Yes...Bowles is so proud of yet another successful scam that he is telling everyone about it. He got the snake...according to the e-mail full of praise the snake was fine and in perfect health...after staying at Bowles' place for a prolonged period of time...the snake got sick and died. No surprise there. He paid $1200.00 for it and sued for another $1800.00 on top of that. He claims over and over that all of his veterinary care is absolutely free so what could the extra $1800.00 be for? Twinkies? expensive funeral?

Sorry...he may not be a good guy but Wyatt got duped on this one :shrug01:

Actually...no windfall will come Judy. Out of state judgements are very hard to collect and with Wyatt filing bankruptcy, getting money from as Bowles puts it...'his employee' will not happen...:NoNo:

So Wyatt killed off a few adult females and a fire female. I know I can not really sue him due to it being a breeding loan with no papers but I would love some info on him if anyone has any. Thanks

Not sure, haven't talked to anyone since I killed off everything. UF needed more money to do more research on all the samples they had taken (gene sequencing to identify/map the virus, etc) but I couldn't afford to put any more toward it. So I have no idea what Dr. Jacobsen has done since then.
 
So they gave you nothing? So they didn't have anything like IBD or Paramyxovirus? They should have known that immediately.

If you go back and read the thread that contains all my updates, you'd read that they were negative for IBD and OPMV and that this was an entirely new virus that both the veterinary community and the CDC in Atlanta have never seen before. They have yet to identify it, which is why they have to map out the DNA and do more research on it.

What is really crazy about this whole thing is She is the only one coming forward.. If this "new virus" could kill of Jenns animals that fast. Why havent we seen More MUCH more of this going around?
