Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I was going to mention this as well, $13K to Michelle, wonder what he will have to pay your lawyer, I would guess at least that amount. Great news on the verdict, we were hoping justice would be served and it seems it has, hope you get your $$ soon.

I was hoping the judge would order Parks to pay you on the spot rather than trust that he will on his own.

The one time I had to take someone to court to pay me in full for work I did , the judge made him write me a check for the unpaid balance right there in the courtroom. It wasnt ten grand but a couple thousand.

Just wondering if you Facebook followers can report on what has been said there by Parks cronies on the result ?

Michelle this is wonderful news! I am SO happy that your determination payed off and you didn't let anyone bully you off track. Congrats and great work! 2-1/2 years is a long time to have to fight anything, even when you're in the right. It must be exhausting and frustrating, and I am so happy that it's over and ended on such an up note! :)
 
No doubt this is of interest to many people.

Congratulations Michelle!!! I am so happy for you and so glad that justice has been served to Ty. I would like to think maybe next time he will rethink his arrogance, but I doubt it. At least this will cost him financially and hopefully cost him business as well.

Rest up and celebrate, you deserve it!
 
This is absolutely wonderful news! I knew you were in the right from the start and only hoped you'd be able to get a just verdict. You put so much effort into this fight. I sincerely hope it's well rewarded. As other posters have said, many people wouldn't have had the stamina for this ordeal. You should be very proud of yourself.
 
Some times the good people win. Glad to hear it! If he doesn't pay on time then Liens!

Congrats for seeing this all the way through , if more people had your fortitude the world would be a more righteous place . I wish i bred or had the money to buy u a baby albino tegue cause u sure deserve it .
 
Dont let him default on the judgement and walk.... Have lawyers put liens on his accounts and whatever is legal in your state/his to get him to pay up...

Imagine not paying on a judgement for a debt collector for a bill or other... They will garnish pay or bank accounts...

It is going to be quite the process to now actually get paid. Interrogatories will need to be filed, asset searches, demands for payment, filings with the clerk of court and state on and on. My advice to Michelle would be to ask your attorney if he can handle the collection part or if you need to turn it over to another attorney who specializes in collecting judgments. Its going to cost a good amount of money just trying to collect what you are owed. You may find an atty who will do it on consignment and take a 1/3 of whats collected or even though it sux you might want to have your atty contact TY and offer to settle for 50% or 75% if he pays right away. I am in no way raining on your parade and winning the case is a huge accomplishment on its own if nothing else but this is the reality of trying to collect on a judgment. I know you have gone this far so, I have no doubt you will do what it takes to get the $$$ owed
