    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

With the below quote allegedly coming from Ty Park's Facebook page, I seriously doubt he could sustain making any such claim of any loss of business as being caused by Michelle Cutler. IMHO.

As for Faunaclassified, I will no longer knowingly buy or sell to anyone that advertises on fauna. He has a lot of nerve to claim he's suffering losses, I've seen him being very generously philanthropic in Iguana groups on Facebook to bolster himself, and every time someone asks about any species of iguana or tegu for sale, the majority of people suggest him. By the dozens sometimes, lol.
 
I love how he conveniently had his lawyer leave out that the terms of the raffle were that the winner would receive an albino blue tegu bred by him OR $3,000.00 cash. Nowhere in the statement of facts is the cash option listed.
Ty is a ridiculous liar at this point. It would have been so much easier for a big-time breeder with obviously large income (judging by his philanthropic donations) to just pay her the money and be done with this.

Thats funny because he asked me some years a go to tell my story on here about johnny larocca scamming me. He prommised me to send chacoan tegus when i did that. So i posted my story on here about him. But never got any tegus from him.

The cash option, yeah, but he is actually admitting that he was to award one bred by him. Yet the very issue at hand was that he didn't award one bred by him. And then didn't offer the cash option. I'm confused why his "facts" wouldn't simply state an award of tegu, and that's it. He admits that it was supposed to be bred by him, but that's not what happened. His case is so flawed.

Yes lawyer wants to withdraw from case. I bet he told Park to offer a solution and he won't do it.
 
I wonder the issue could be a payment issue and Ty is doing the same thing to his attorney that he did to Michelle, promise something and then not perform.

the March 5th missed court incident led to differences as the letter states.
The Lawyer is moving states
The Lawyer doesn't want to work a 2 year long case for 5g
The Lawyer and Ty disagree on strategy

It is no use guessing why, as there are millions of reasons the lawyer might no longer want the case. Better to wait for any documents released following the June 4th hearing on the subject.

Ty certainly felt free to guess and speak his mind when Michelle would not meekly go along with the lesser value tegu, called her greedy. I call her awesome.
Yeah, I can see in my mind's eye, Ty trying to plonk down some lizard on the attorney's desk instead of the check the attorney was expecting :rofl:
 
So what happens now ?? Another new attorney comes in and everything starts from then beginning again ? If so I wouldn't be surprised if this was just another tactic to prolong the whole thing in hope Michelle will finally give up
