    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have never seen someone try so hard to find a threat where it doesn't exist. I literally dropped my jaw when you decided the "see you around" comment was a threat because of how absolutely ridiculous that was, but this is just another level.

I honestly can't tell if you seriously believe these are threats or you're just looking for attention, or just trying to make something out of nothing. You are trying way too hard to start a fight with someone. Either drop the act or take a few deep breaths...no one has made any threats, you're going to be a-ok.

I can assure you i have been around the block many times in my life and when younger i was in the company of many way more dangerous than mr gittman the so called "strong arm collector" I know when someone is insinuating something towards me. Also you still appear to be too dense to let facts get through to be processed by your brain. You keep forgetting the phonecalls Nick. if you are such a fan of Underground (maybe you are their ball python supplier dont know dont care) instead of attacking me why dont you point out the positives and righteousness of Undergrounds positions, actions and behaviors. I believe it is you who is trying to "pick a fight " with me. I have personal involvement here you do not. Yet you seem to keep coming after me for really no good reason. I think it has been shown quite obviously the type of person and business Rian Gitman and underground is. It is quite clear their styles of intimidation. Sorry you were raised in a protected world were you never learned the ability to read between the lines.
 
So lets just stop calling it a threat will that appease you nick? lets start refering to it as an attempt to intimidate me. Which i might repeat does not work on me. Everything Gitman does is in an attempt to bully or intimidate people. I would tell you to wake up but i believe you are really just acting as an agitator for a reason.
 
I agree, If you catch Mr Gittman in a situation where there is conflict he makes comments which are not directly a threat but, the meaning in his words are the same
I think he has tried to change from his tough guy past but sometimes he can not help himself. However instead of going right out and saying for instance " im going to kick your ***" he will say it in a more slick manor and less direct but it still has the same meaning..

Yes Jay, we all know by now how tough you are and how rough of a crew you hung out with, you mentioned it multiple times. I'm sure everyone is very scared of you and wouldn't dare say anything to you, and that Underground should be afraid of you or whatever you're implying...I know I am, and I'm hardly ever frightened! And yes, you caught me, I live in Reno NV and have 8 breeder females but am supplying underground with snakes and have been for years. In fact Ryan (Rian?) and I call and talk to each other for at least three hours a day to see how the other is doing and say how much we miss one another. Sometimes we even skype so that we can look into each others eyes while we do it. I don't know how you figured it out, but you must be both smart and tough. Your wife is very lucky to have found such a catch.

Sarcasm aside, I don't know if you realize how aggressive you come off, but I've come to the conclusion that you really don't. You mention these threatening phone calls, but then the 'threats' that you show that are typed out aren't threats at all...so am I supposed to believe the calls were threats just on your word? Because if that's what we're going on, I don't believe that they were. You seem to try to take every little comment made and turn it into a 'veiled threat' to excuse your own aggression and threats.

Also, I never said I was a fan of underground, in fact I said I would never buy from them. However, you are the only person I have seen make threats, you're the only person putting on a tough guy act, and to be honest it's just annoying. I'm calling you out on it because it has nothing to do with the claim made against UR in this thread and it's extremely childish. You said you're 40 or something? Maybe it's time to stop talking about how tough you are and how you used to beat kids up in high school and hang out with other tough kids. I'm not sure why you keep bringing it up, but I really don't think anyone is impressed. Even if someone thought that made you cool or scary 20 years ago (which I'm going to go out on a limb and say no one did because it's pathetic), they certainly don't now.

And Dan, whether or not what you're saying is true, the only threats that have been made in this thread have been by Jay, and coincidentally, he's the only person saying that others are making threats. Pretty much the textbook definition of projection. The only threats he has shown any evidence of are his own, and these 'veiled threats' he comes up with are something a top CIA codebreaker couldn't find.
 
To shorten that for you Jay, I am not 'picking on you', I am calling you out. You are making claims and providing zero evidence. You say they called you and threatened you but you have no proof. You show emails/texts from them 'threatening you', and that consists of him saying "see you around" and you flipping out and taking it as hostile. If you don't have evidence, why are you still here? Other than to show everyone how aggressive and hostile you get when things don't go your way?

And for the hundredth time, I am not siding with UR or anyone else. I am siding with impartiality. If you have evidence show it, if you don't have evidence then why should I believe you? Because you say so? If that's how it works, the president just called and said you have to give me all your money. Sorry, but I don't make the rules.
 
I can not speak for anyone else but, I too have been threatened by UG and there owner using the same type of off handed or under the radar comments.
Again not directly saying " Im going to kick your *** " but, saying it in a way that implies the same thing

Watch the Judge Judy episode you should be able to pick up on the meaning of the comments by Mr Gittman.

I guess i tend to get aggressive when people make me drive from KC to daytona florida and dont follow through on the purchase oftheir reserved order. And then 2 days later ask me to ship an order from Kansas City and then I call them out on their BS hypocritical Christian facade. And in return i get called names get talked smack too. Then get veiled threats in the form of phonecalls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then slight references in emails becase they are carefull what they say.

So i really dont understand your position and your point in even posting here.I mean the behavior displayed here by underground should make anyone see how they really are. the way they acted(cory) is the same way they act on the phone. I mean get over your issue with me.I did no wrong here to anyone. Sorry if in defense i seem to upset you with my aggression. So Nick I will share with you. I have one boundary that i wont tolerate crossing. If someone threatens me or insinuates a threat to me even in a veiled passive aggressive manner it is a line i do not tolerate being crossed so yes I am pissed. and yes i am aggressive once it is crossed. There is no need to speak to people that way and i will not tolerate it under any circumstance period. Especially by some wanna be phony tough guy. I do not talk to people that way until they ut that crap on my doorstep. so Wrap your head around the fact that the wrong referenced here was done to me not by me and go work out whatever issue you have with me however you see fit.

So this seemed short winded hahaha... Between the horrible and the ok what's the truth. btmexotics maybe I need to call or email to understand more I understand you were done wrong but that was one experience. I know the OP had her problem fixed after 18 pages but that's a little ridiculous. It was getting exciting when Cory stepped in I would like to see him ruin the rep more. But I more want to know from a buying experience. Especially snakes. Can anyone put that information on here? I would also like to see there facility. That probably won't happen but I want to.. I would like to see how these people take care of the animals. I also want to see judge Judy .. the fact that they haven't said much on this post is discouraging me away from ever buying from them
 
Recent Snake Experience:
Got some sub-adult GTPs from them a couple months ago, I was struggling to find some adult females so I went for their WCs. They were reasonably responsive through shipping issues at an airport, and called to check on the snakes within their stated 24hr window (they arrived on the right day but 8 hours late due to delays). Really nice looking, healthy, wild snakes.

I think it should be obvious from their website that they don't care much about the animals, and from their ToS that they don't care much about the customer. I was willing to risk it for the snakes though.

After this thread I doubt if I'll do business with them again, due to this strange Cory character, and totally ignoring the OPs problems in favor of unrelated character attacks...
 
They have a smoking deal on some 100% het carpets. I know carpets can be very picky if there young so I don't have a clue if I should risk it. I would fly off the handle if they sent me bad snakes or wrongly sexxed ones
 
I also purchased from them before
last year bought 2 Halmahera geckos
and one passed away within the first 30 days
they would only give me a discount on my next order.
 
Matthew palmer there are plenty of negative posts/threads about UGR besides this one.So there is more than just "one experience" What does it matter if a deal is bad from a buying or selling standpoint. If someone screws a buyer or screws a supplier makes no difference to me. Add to that Underground i mean "Cory's" cough cough behavior. What more do you need to know? You can PM me and we can discuss it but I don't like to talk smack about people behind their backs so i would prefer not to discuss it in private and frankly it has all been laid out here in this ridiculous thread that took too much of my time. But i will stand with my assertion that UG reptiles are crooks,con men and should probably spend more time studying the bible and less time preaching about it.
