the rest of the story...
One thing I forgot to mention. When I received my receipt
from PayPal that my complaint had been recorded with them,
I noticed that the Seller's name was NOT "Bill Nelvin" or his new
parnter "Richard Higgons".
Instead, it was listed under a new name "Joe Locus".
For some reason, PayPal doesn't show that information when you are paying.
January 1-
Still no call from Bill. And still no refund. But he did have time to post more ads.
January 2-
Brandon started to send more serious emails to Bill to let him know he want his money
refunded to my PayPal account ASAP.

Now, since there were new ads posted by Bill Nelvin of Tropicl Herps, and since he had taken $600 and wasn't
returning it, we figured we would feel him out a bit to see if he was returning anyones emails. Our first
thought was to find some friends to inquire about the ads. But then, it would get confusing because we would
have to all try and keep in touch and stuff would get crossed. So, instead, we just inquired about the animals
ourselves but used Nick Names. I am keeping them to myself at this point in case Bill Nelvin is reading this.
I don't want him to know which one we are. He actually replied to all of our questions and never suspected it
was us all that time. (Yes, we felt bad about doing this but couldn't think of any othere way.)
First, we inquired about the het pieds. His reply is now coming from Unlimited Morphs remember here.
Notice how he spells "sure" "shore". Just like Bill Nelvin.

Ok, so we inquire about the animals in this ad. But as a different person again.

Do these photos of the "Het Pieds" look familiar? When this whole thing started and Brandon was
buying het albinos, these photos were of het albinos. Now they are suddenly het pieds.
THEN THIS HAPPENS
We start exchanging more emails about our original $600. We get this from Bill Nelvin

You guessed it. End of day, still no refund.
January 4-
I finally decided once again to send a plea to Bill Nelvin to refund the money.
I explained to him that in the interim, we had managed to figure out that he
uses many names, and sells under both Unlimited Morphs and Tropical Herps.
We explained that Brandon had already started the ball rolling with the FBI and KS
and PayPal, etc.
Suddenly, we get a refund. YAY!!!!!! We got all $600 back.
As far as I can say, our money was refunded. But at the loss of a lot of time and energy.
Oh, one last bit of information. Shortly after we get our refund put back into our account
we get this from Bill Nelvin.

Notice the PayPal account. Look familiar? That's the account that Rob Patrace ask us to send money to
two days earlier. Now Bill Nelvin is using it.
I don't know. I consider a person innocent until proven guilty. Is any of this a "crime". You be the judge.
We got our money back. Yes, but we proved on thing for sure, This person/people are using many
names to sell. They won't let you call them and they won't call you.
We did finally get a mailing address for Unlimited Morphs when we said we could only pay cash.
And then when we decided that sending cash wasn't the way to do it, we managed to get
his bank name and account info to wire money. None of which I will post here for my own liability reasons.
Maybe this guy will get his act together. I can only hope. If your reading all of this, thanks. It took a long time to write.
