    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Ok alison, now let's see some shipping manifests showing what and when you shipped to ken.

Go step by step and have documentation and it will add much weight to your case. If you don't have it, save us all some time and just say so and stop right there. I will not believe anything on just your sayso, neither will I believe ken on his.

Proof positive is the only way on this mess that I'll believe either of you.

ken, you were quick to spout your mouth early this morning, what happened? Where's your proof? If you're so successful, have so many businesses that you don't need this one to live on, can right off 5600.00 in losses with no problem, how is it, ken, that such a smart guy like you can go into business with people like sal and alison with NO WRITTEN CONTRACTS?

Ritchie may well have been right. Like so many others, steve, corey, the guy with the boas, you just saw $$$$$ and jumped in without checking to see how deep the water was. Well, now you know it's pretty doggone shallow.

alison, keep it coming. Though I do NOT trust you at all, even you don't deserve to be robbed. Well, maybe you do, but that's not my decision, so I'll give you the same backing as I gave those who you ripped off. Hopefull you have learned a lesson or two here. Well at least now proof is being asked from both sides.
So my job is done here for now.

I just like to TRY to see both sides. And we know I am not perfect so hopefully you guys will help me by pointing out both sides for me in other threads.

Those invoices are the ones that came in the box with the shipments from US Global to here.

What I have are the emails to US Global with pics of the doa's worth any money (didn't need to send pics of the doa tokays etc.). Just of the 100% her albino burm, argus, albino green, etc.

I'll post those emails, but have to upload the pics to my server first.

What I have are the airbills showing the shipment to ken, 5 boxes and 164#. I am sorting through my Airborne invoices to try and find how much I was actually charged for this.

I also have a copy of the airbill of the items shipped back to US Global.

I'll scan those in right now.
 
Ritchie, I honestly think you may have hit the nail right on the head, Not to say Upstate hasnt done bad in the past but lately they have been cooperative and apparently trying to do their best at answering questions and posting proof. The last few bad guy posts for them have been very fishy. The fact you were able to come on here and post what I think a lot of people are starting realize has been going on lately, but just afraid to say it, has caused me to realize a respect for you that I would not have thought posible for someone I have never met or dealt with.

Before you go respecting Ritchie TOO much I have to ask if you've seen him in his evening gown. How can any MAN with Ritchies's skintone wear that color gown and still have anyone's respect? It's beyond me. Ritchie is just not the right shade of brown for that dress. Just my opinion.

Here's the airborne receipt showing that ken did receive 5 boxes weighing 164 lbs....We all know what it costs for ship a 5lb box...give or take $30-$35 depending upon location (mind you we live in a VERY rural area, so shipping is always a tad bit more for us)....now imagine what it would cost to send 164 pounds....even better, the shipment from US Global here was 7 boxes...probably an easy 200+ lbs....which in his last posts he promised to pay for shipping....

I made an error, my apologies....the first shipment (invoice #892) from US Global here came Delta not Airborne....it cost me $65 for one box 19lbs. (It's hard to read but there's a declared value of $2500, the order was just under that...just to show it is the same shipment)

I am still trying to find that big shipment of the 7 boxes....I'm pretty sure that would probably be delta also....

i spoke with allison on 9-1-03 and she told me and also i think put on the board here that she only had a few animals left at her place due to our situation. she said the ones she had their were all sick and etc.. then i read this post and find out they have shipped a large quanity to you. would you mind sending a list to me of what you received. i would like to know if it matches what i am missing.
please do not take this post wrong, those are now your animals i just would like to know if they shipped you some of my inventory.

But anyway. I said the stuff because. It seems easy to screw someone who has had bad deals and has lied. Who would believe them? But we can't just let that stuff go.

I BOUGHT 9,000.00 WORTH OF ANIMALS AND I AM MISSING 5200.00 WORTH OF ANIMALS. SHE CAN SHOW ALL THE AIRBORNE TICKETS SHE WANTS THAT DOES NOT SHOW ANYONE THAT I RECEIVED WHAT I SHOULD HAVE.
I will tell you right now i received 7 boxes through airborne!!!

oh bye the way allsion, i thought you said you did not mix moonlight media and upstae exoctics together. if that is true what are you doing right now and why do you not take my offer that we call everything even. you keep me 5200.00 worth of animals for the payment of the 1500.00 web design.

the answer to your question about my money.
i made a mistake a partnered with them as friends and we never meet and i messed up. i know they are never going to pay me and the money is a right off. just a expensive lesson thats all.
as far as proof, what do you want, i can open all kinds of avenues from credit card fraud on them to etc..
i belive that words are just words until you back them up and i think at this point i need to just show everything tonight when i get home and nack all my words up.
my lawyer says not to, since i am going to prosacute them but i do not care i want everyone here to see the proof to back my words

You know...I just realized I got the shaft even more so from Ken....

As I am sorting through the bills, I realized I made another crucial mistake.....I said earlier that Invoice #908 got shipped directly to ken and he paid for it....well turns out I am only HALF right....

Yes, that got shipped directly to him....YES he paid for the ANIMALS ONLY.....but that was billed to MY airborne account....$88.20....I never realized this....I jus tpay the bill when it comes in....grrrrrrr

Ken is claiming what was in the box isn't what I'm saying....well sheesh...of course now, 15 days after it was shipped...of course some stuff may not be in your inventory...because you SOLD IT....not because we didn't ship it...

You received the order....you received the email stating what we shipped you prior to it being shipped....you are NOW, 15 days after the fact, claiming you didn't receive it (or all of it)....funny....considering you have alot of it for sale on Kingsnake...PLUS if you didn't receive them....ok...check this out:

hello

the list that allison is posting and saying is part of mant pages and she says that they bought some of these animals.
i sent a certified check to us global and paid for all these animals.
am i just stupid or how can i prove to everyone that i paid for all these animals and had them shipped to upstate and we would togehter sell them and then once they were sold i would get the 9,000.00 back and the remaining profit i would split 50/50 with them. the amounts for shipping and feeding etc.. would be taken out of the total price we sold these aniamals for and then subtract out the original cost and split the profit.
they had nothing to lose since
1. i paid (invested) all the money to buy the animals.
2. the animals were sent to upstate and i did not receive the animals.
3. they had all the animals.
4. all that could of happened is that the animals would be sold.
what ever the total amount was, then you subtract all the overhead cost and then subtract the original cost of the animals and then take the profit left over and split it 50/50 with elite and upstate.
5. why is this so ahrd to understand.
6 only i could lose, i sent the certified check, they got the animals and i had nothign to hold for collateral.
7. i made a mistake being that i lost money in this deal and should have not partnered up with them and should have done my research
8. this was a expensive lesson, but i learned from it and now i go on about life
please help me to help everyone understand this

I think people have posted here what they want.
As far as your investment 9000.00, no one is disputing that, no one said you did not send it to global. Perhaps you need to talk with global as well.
You know what to post here.
 
oh wait, you said last night Ken that you paid for the animals of personal stock from Alison. The one before the big shipment with which you paid money to Global.
Do you have the receipt for the money sent to Alison for her stock? Forgot how much it was
And Alison do you have a dated invoice on that?
