Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

If upchuck did say they were keeping some of the animals that needed work that would explain why ken did not recieve everything that was originally ordered.
If his manager didn't start working for him until Aug 25, he had 35 days to take care of ALL those animals. He has admitted, I believe, and his manager has stated in no uncertain terms, that he is an idiot when it comes to reptiles. I'm thinking that an idiot could kill lots of reptiles in 35 days. If the self avowed reptile idiot did not keep all those bodies, and why would an idiot do that, then there will be no evidence on numbers he has versus numbers he says he is owed, unless alison posted exact numbers of what was shipped to him and I missed or forgot it.
Between this and Tony's post it's a lot to remember. Alison, could you and Sal please keep things honest from now on if you're going to stay in this business. In the big picture I REALLY don't care what or how you do but, it has affected some innocent people and that does bug me, not to mention the fact that the animals you get tend to "move on" rather quick. It would be so much easier if you would just tell the truth. Even easier if you had from the very beginning.
ken, it seems you blew it, though I will with hold my actual final thoughts on that until I see what you and your manager have to show.

first off all i am not a idiot and do not appreciate it. it seems to me that no one here has had the balls to stop upstate and i am going to (period).
you need to know facts before you post. anja came to work for me 2 weeks ago but i have had a handler working for me for over 2 months and i am a buisness man. i hire people to manage my buisnesses and i can not take the time to actually do all the work for every buisness i have. if you know anything about buisness then you should know that you hire people to work with you and you pay them well to do what they do best and everyone works as a team and you grow a successful buisness

Upstate, isn't US Global one of your suppliers as well? Are you saying that you think it's ok to sell burms that are anything less than "perfectly healthy".
Upstate, why not purchase quality animals and sell them for a little bit more instead of buying sickly $15 crap and trying to make a couple bucks off it. You said you didn't want all Ken's sickly, non feeding animals. These animals came straight from your supplier.
If US Global sells [bleep]ty reptiles why do you buy from them?
Companies like Upstate and Elite turn my stomach when they buy thousands of dollars worth of imported, sickly Burms, ball pythons (and other herps that are captive bred in huge numbers) for a couple bucks a piece. They fill their freezers with hundreds of snakes and all they see is lost profits. Makes me wonder why companies like these got into reptiles in the first place. Surely, there are easier ways to make a living and it's obvious that neither of you are in it because of a love of herps.

Yes they are...and we will continue to do business with them...as they not only sell imports they sell some real nice CB animals...that was never an issue. And they take care of their customers.
What ken bought was 99% wild caught...Tokays, Burms, Rocks....all of which, no matter WHAT wholesaler you buy them from, are the same. WC, hard to get feeding, need to be treated, etc.
We have purchased alot of imports in the past...had to treat them, had the worries of dealing with WC animals...but if you remember in my other thread I did say we are making a change in the way we do things...that included what we sell. And we are getting there.
We HAD alot of real nice CB animals...look at what I sent Ken out of OUR stock....CB Jungles, CB Tree Pythons, Boas etc etc. And we have alot of normal boas and morphs we are raising/breeding/etc.
We are getting into breeding our own stock, and out of the imports.

I am going to turn this whole thing over to my staff(to include my managers and attorneys) and all the proof and everything needed will be posted and the law will be followed.
everyone will know the entire story of all of this so WATCH THE BOARD DAILY AND WE WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED!!
I am going to direct my staff to focus on one thing, to solve this problem. after this entire thing is done i PROMISE one thing sal and allison will not do this to anyone else.

I also want to add, that Ken started with us as a customer. We sent him some of our python breeders, as we were looking to get more into the boas. He received 1.1 albino burms, plus right after that he ordered a brazilian (all back in june).
See this is good too...it shows I do have SOME happy customers.

I didn't want this to get lost in the multiple postings of the gorilla, er, I mean ken.
And the father, being a good and dutiful father, wanted to teach his son about the world and how it worked. So he took his son to the zoo to see all the wild and wonderful animals that were there.
Little Jimmy, the son, was fascinated by all the creatures, the seals that were swimming, the lions that were sleeping, the giraffes that were stretching out their oh-so-long tongues. It was a magical day for six year old Jimmy.
Then the father took Little Jimmy to the monkey house. They saw the capuchin, and the spider monkeys, so many different kinds. On the way out there was one last large display. In this one was a gorilla. A great big hairy one, thick fingered and small eyed, arms longer than Little Jimmy was tall.
Now this gorilla was not your typical gorilla, he got mad all the time. If his "staff" did not bring his food on time, he was mad. If his "staff" did not peel his bananas, he got mad. Sometimes if the people looking at him made faces, he got mad because his "staff" were not making them be nice to him. It seems that this gorilla did not think he needed to do anything for himself, afterall, isn't that what his "staff" was for.
This gorilla was particularly angry when Little Jimmy and his father were there because his "staff" had not cleaned up some of the gorilla mess he had made, if you know what I mean. He was so mad that he CLIMBED UP ON HIS SOAPBOX, STARTED POUNDING ON HIS CHEST AND YELLING ABOUT HOW HIS "STAFF" WOULD TAKE CARE OF EVERYONE THERE!!!!
He was pounding on that chest and frothing at the mouth and getting madder and madder. And you know why he was getting madder and madder? I'll tell you because Little Jimmy told me and I found it very amusing. It seems the gorilla was getting so mad because ALL the people who could see what a FOOL he was making of himself were LAUGHING at the silly gorilla.
Isn't that a sad/funny story ken.
