Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

$930.25 credit right off the to be given to you (of which I DO NOT owe you, US Global does). Plus the other DOA's reported, which they are checking on.

You must think that the only order we have ever placed was yours. We had plenty on inventory, of our own....inventory of corns, rats and kings (that you never ordered), inventory of CA Boas, that we had in stock, invetory of columbian rainbows, yellow anacondas (which you got MORE than you ordered), kenyans, macklots, which WE PAID FOR on that order (check the earlier posts), pines, other colubrids.....and yes they ARE all healthy as most of what we have is CB and have been quaratined and are doing fine. And plus our healthy CB inventory that YOU NOW HAVE...which you have not stated once that you will be sending to us.....

I forgot to mention...

We are out that Ken, plus don't let me forget about the shipping (which you stated earlier you are going to pay....

The shipping on your $9000 order from US Global to us....the shipping of the doa's and animals returned from here to US Global....the shippnig on the 2 orders in July from us to you....

Don't forget to add that to the list....

PLUS..... the $1500 in web design and $60 in hosting, which you have already posted PROOF that you received the invoices for and never paid....

cost 565.00 for elite and upstate eachMonth . since upstate has never paid for either reptile issue we are now even and the proois in this months issue on page 41 bottom right

Did Upstate Exotics ask Ken to pay for oth of those months' advertisements in Reptiles? If so, do you have the emails proving such? Because I seem to recall Alison saying that she did not ask your company to pay for the latest month (and I believe the first month was part of Ken's obligation anyway, IIRC).

If Alison never Okay'd you to advertise for her in this most recent issue, and Ken simply forgot to change his ad order, then, while that was especially nice of Ken to do that for Upstate, it certainly cannot be used against her as a form of repayment for services she WAS asked to perform for Ken (ie: the web site design). Those two scenarios are apples and oranges, and you can't seriously believe that one wipes the other clear, can you?
 
you can not just cancel a ad with a magazine in a moments notice. the ad has changed for next month. the agreement was that we signed a one year agreement with them and now we have to continue the year without upstate
 
And THAT is exactly why you check out a prospective partner thoroughly BEFORE you shake hands on the deal! Ken is the one who said that all ties with Upstate were broken. When he did that, he assumed all responsibility for the bills that had his name on them. Tough, but that's the way it effectively works.

Of course, Ken could take Alison and Sal to court, but I doubt he really wants anyone in authority snooping around those half-baked records. That would be messy to say the least.

Anja, you seem like a level-headed person. Care for some fatherly advice? Get your resume updated and circulated. You never know when it will be quite nice to have another bite on the line once this rotten fish jumps off!
