Ok, now to bring light to everything else.
Robin....everyone in this business has guarantees and policies. When you purchase from a company you agree to those terms. I do subscribe to this thread, however, when you get an email, and don't go to the post right away, it DOES NOT notify you again. Ask the webslave about that if you'd like.
So with that said, and like I stated earlier, I did not know of the death of that snake until I received your complaint from the BBB, which just to inform everyone has been closed. You did not notify us within the 7 day period of the death of that snake, you did not get a vet report which our terms state clearly is REQUIRED. Therefore you did not follow our terms for that snake. Also, even the BBB agreed you cannot claim the "buyer's remorse" as you stated the day you received the snakes you were extremely happy with the purchase and you did NOT contact us to notify us of the death of that snake.
As far as the other one that you say you "did not receive". We did send you two. We are not in the market as you all say of "making liars of our customers" but at the same point we are also not in the market of "being lied TO by our customers". So as most of you on here are customers and not a business, OF COURSE you will defend the customer, b/c that is you.
And Tony (which I have referred to you by name in my posts). I will be posting the proof of your refund as soon as I get the information faxed to me to show that you HAVE received your $180 back. The first one run on 3/28 for $100 and the second run on 4/01 for $80. Then that will clear ALL OF THIS UP!!!
And, when all said and done...UPSTATE EXOTICS will still somehow be wrong!
