    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I'm in Disbelief, Off Topic

I don't wish to take away from the "significance" of this thread but I must say I'm a just a little depressed here. So far there are 47 pages of material trying to fry a guy for allegedly trying to misrepresent a gecko. Presently about four pages in on the BOI I started a thread on what used to be a very popular regular here named Kim Felts. I know a TON of people here have had dealings with her and certainly someone knows of her whereabouts. I've begged and pleaded for people's help and assistance in the return of two irreplaceable animals yet everyone seems to be ho-hum about it. Two animals and their potential babies worth many thousands of dollars and nobody gives a damn? Do you realize how many geckos one could buy with that kind of money?
If you can't tell, I'm just a little bit upset that the color of a gecko merits so much time, effort, and investigation when in my completely biased opinion there are much more important issues out there to be dealt with.
While I greatly appreciate the help of those that have already come forth I just wish I had the focus this stinking gecko seems to be getting. If I did maybe there would be a chance I may see my animals again.
With this said, now back to Vince's all important altered gecko topic. Sorry to waste your time folks.

Vince, please explain why the lid colors "changed" in the pics posted a couple pages ago.

It's obvious. Unless you have two tubs with different colored lids.

There is 8 pages or so on that thread, and it seems you had alot of people trying to help you out with last known address's, etc. Post on it again and bring it to the top of the BOI, maybe someone new will stumble across it and be able to give you more info. Trust me, if someone can help you, they will. Best of luck.
 
all this gecko needs is a good pic. i wasnt really going to give it to you , sorry i was just being sarcastic. those picture disectors cant be to good, becuse these are unaltered photos to begin with lol.

So where is this good pic?? This thread is over 40 pages of some credible people asking you just to prove that this is truly what you own, all you can do is make snide comments and blame it on poor lighting , bad camera equipment, etc, etc. I am no gecko expert but I can tell the difference between red and orange :eek2:
You commented that this was a joke but 1 good pic would have resolved the whole thing , you taking the animal off the market maybe that is a sign that you are not such a bad guy and you really do not want to sell misrepresented animals...

I think a lot of these guys are in it for the entertainment value. not a real topic with deserves some attention, i think i said that back in the first or 2nd page.

this other guy said he emaild bill love to take a photo of it. Im sure that wont happen becuse everyone is playing follow the leader and thinking this is not the real deal with a bad pic. it is a joke that this thread is so popular.

Here are a few questions you have decided to ignore in this thread. They are numbered so all you have to do is number your answers.


1) If you are in so much debt then why would you even consider accepting a trade?

2) Would you not then have to sell what you acquired in trade to pay your bills?

3) Vince, can you just set our mind at ease and show us some sort of PayPal receipt or other receipt on one of those auctions she (Geckogal04) won?

4) Can you honestly say that the first picture posted on this thread is a 100% accurate representation of the true color of the animal?

5) Are you saying that the doorknobs in Cheryls' pictures are the same identical color?

6) Are you saying that the lids in the two photos are the same identical color IN THE PHOTO???

first i would like to say , seems like all the important questions you keep talking about are the ones you asked.

1) Maybe I could of got something in trade and resold it, if that was ok with the other party.

2) Yes, but would have been talked about before trade took place.

3) One deal was a trade. And a 2nd was done via money order.

4) No it is not 100% accurate, it is very blurry and there is a hint of color bleeding.

5)The pictures clearly looked differnt from one and other, but where taken with the same lighting in the same room. the camra flash and shadows have a lot of effect on a photo.

6) In real life it is light blue. in the 2nd photo with the hypo it apears yellow. in the first showing my red leo it apears exactly as it is in real life.

another one liner huh?

nice, so why is the lid the real color in the pic with the red leo, and yellow in the pic with the hypo? you only proved that a fake photo could be made. but with me that was not the case. that pic was straight out of the camra.
 
i dont jack up my bids on reptibid with fake names, i recently sold a high yellow carrot tail for 23.00 dollars on reptibid last week

Its like a special trust those two must have and "she" also knows his stuff is the best so why bid on anything else???

Imagine she found the Repti Bid site and decided to buy from only 1 person there. Just his leopard geckos? You would think if "she" registered and joined up she would be placing bids on something besides his stuff. His geckos are no better or worse than others on there, but only his...hmmmmm????????

Where does "she" live (state/city)?

If you shipped to her there would be a tracking number yes?
Let me guess that was thrown away or is missing maybe?
