ok ill keep my comments to my self but the webslave or who ever should take responcabilty for this website and shut such threads down this lady does not belong bashing someone that does not deserve it. Like i said before i dont know ben or ever done business with him but reptiles is this guys life his business and his money this is how he pays his bills and feeds his kids and take care if his wife and people like this lady have no business running there mouths about people like that. and she needs to be banned she should no longer have the right to use this site lot alone explain her situation with Ben. webslave shut her down and let every body get back to there lives.

I really did quiet down and go to bed.

This morning I had more email from Sheila.

With a picture of me from the website attached.

With the graphic of our toll free number attached.

With the statement that she knows me, has met me, and has bought lots of stuff from me, but now I'm mean.

I keep meticulous sales records. I've never sold anything to her either online or in person.

Now I find that on another forum she has the distinction of being labeled "proceed with caution" because it is suspected she may be 13 years old. This would explain a lot.

I cannot figure out how to do a screen capture this morning. In my defense, I've not had coffee yet. Can one of you fine people go to this link and do a screen capture?

Apparently the children are out today, if you wish to look elsewhere when conducting business in the future that is fine with me. I was simply notifying you that your post is basically breaking the RULES here. If you are okay with BREAKING THE rules so be it, I will not be upset that you choose to go elsewhere because UI thought I would be helpful and point that out for you instead of waiting for one of the admins to do it, and possibly give you warning points for it. No, it is NOT done. Please do me a favor and enlighten me where the "complete attitude" lays within my simple statement of "This is not the place for that, if you have a new inquiry, start a new thread on the Board of Inquiry." Are you reading something hidden that we cannot see and I was unaware that I wrote?

This was a simple, straightforward comment informing you that this thread is not the place for an inquiry involving a party that is not mentioned here and to start a new thread on the BOI. You, my friend, are digging a ditch that is not required. A simple apology for your misguided actions would suffice. There are no hard feelings, and no one was out to get you with that simple comment. I was actually trying to assist you so if you were unaware of the rules a moderator or admin would not give you warning points....

88 - TopShelf has a point. That's what the BOI is for - posting inquiries to see what people's experiences with others has been. Sticking a question about another person within a post about Ben Siegel makes it pretty tough for most people to find it and reply to it, aside from violating the BOI rules. It's just like changing the subject of a conversation - and this post should only be about the topic at hand, Sheila's and others' experiences with Ben Siegel. No need to get overly defensive on either side.

Any more info from Sheila regarding what happened during her conversation with Ben?

If Mr. Ben had been nicer to me, i am so sure i would have felt the same way all the rest of you do. But sense he was mad at my son, he choose to be mean to me, and i did nothing wrong to deserve his rudeness!!!

Sounds like more to this story then Ben being outright rude to you.

I have delt with Ben and hi wife numerous times and nerver been treated poorly.

Did your son perhaps say things then you took over the call knowing full well it was already a heated discussion?

Can you Please answer that question.

you stated in your second post that you were trying to tell me i was braking rules but you never mentioned any rules in your first post you just came across as an ass i will not apologize for your wording if you want to call it a misunderstnading then so be it. but then to call me a child when i am far from it is completly out of place. when i never belittled you in the slightest so who in fact that owes who an apoligey. if you would have said hey man you are braking some rules by asking that with out stating a name and starting a new thread i would have said oops ok sorry about that. but nope simple and aprupt comments can come across as attitude. but in the point to end this and admit maybe i was a bit to hasty on spazing out i will apologize for my actions.

sorry for the delay

sorry for the delay guys, just found out about this thread this morning, it has been busy lately with the holidays coming up. Here are the details.

this person inquired a month or 2 ago about two animals--asked me for a total and specific info about the animals. A ball python and something else. So we emailed back a forth about 6 or 8 times, and they requested a paypal request. So i did it. Was not paid--did it again--was not paid again--resent the request again-not paid, so i held these two animals and was never paid for them--let it go i said, and reposted the animals--canceled the paypal request.

same person emails me a requests info about some other animals-i replied-the asked for a paypal request again and shipping amount-i replied-shipping is $35--we have been through this before--my paypal address is [email protected] and if you want them-you can figure it out---something to that effect. Short, but far from what i would call rude, more like just tired of dealing with this person and not refusing their business, just not going through the whole paypal thing with them again, as it had already proved a complete waste of time.

then i get the email back--you are so rude, and i will never do business with you again-blah blah blah--you freak was the words she used-so i emailed her back with another email-still not rude explaining that i had been down this road before, at least with this email address and was not doing it again.(meanwhile, my phone number is printed on every ad i put up)--she email me back again, telling me how she is going to tell everyone how rude i was, blah blah blah, i will never sell any more animals, something like that---that is when i sent her my last email---telling her to just come here-register and post her experience with the world.

so there are the details of this whole thing.

IMHO---this is just a kid playing games-her grammar and demeanor are very child like, and no parent would act like this.

Isnt it amazing how different a situation appears when someone actually posts the truth about it. Glad to see you come and straighten this out Ben. Everyone here knew she was full of it just by the way she was talking. Keep up the good work.
