    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I would also like to note that the 2 month timeframe is simply a precaution. However, since I no longer have access to the orginal funds, it is necessary for some sort of timeframe.
 
I 'm sorry to here so many of you are going through this at this time of year. I Hope you all can recover your money and be able to have a better x-mas. Hope fully everything he is saying is true and he owns up to his act.

Thank you, I'm fairly confident since I was the only one that paid with a CC that I will be re-imbursed, my CC company already credited the money while they investigate I just want charges pressed, and because I paid with CC the company must press charges, at least that is what I was told when my checks were stolen and I knew who had done it.

For anyone who called any of these phone numbers and the person didn't know anything about snake shipments, did you ask if the person on the phone knew a Kyle McDaniel?
 
calling that kids parents would be a good step as well....i sure as heck would want to be informed if my kid was doing crap like this
 
Sorry for not seeing this sooner. I had a situation about 5-6 years back where my email acount was hijacked and I was afraid something would happen with paypal (it never did).

Here's what I learned:

1. Little bull)&^%% kids feel powerful when they screw up your flow
2. Thier parents don't think its a big deal
3. Paypal has no sympathy, want to help, or care for animal sellers

and the winner is:
4. That all gets completely straightened to hell out in a hurry when the PD rolls up and puts thier bawling red faced kid in cuffs in the cruiser.

Don't screw with the kid trying to get a refund-even if he does do it he has screwed up your holiday and will get his kicks doing it to someone else. Don't try dealing with the parents, as most parents I know say thier kid didn't really mean to do any harm (bull&&%$). Don't wait 30 days to get satisfaction from paypal.

Get your satisfaction by having his parents explain to the police or possibly even a juvie judge why they made thier kid a moron.

You and Tristan both received that email - you are the only two I owe anything to, considering RulingReptiles has already said he has had it investigated through his credit card company.

However, only Tristan has replied to the email.

They shouldn't have to wait two months for their money. :censored: hat. Refund it now, even if it comes out of your parents' money, and just maybe the police'll take mercy on your pathetic, scumbag of a soul.
